Had a splendid family meal here this week and was blown away by both the food and service. A young man named Michael gave us amazing recommendations and everything was simply delicious! We will absolutely be back!

I very rarely write reviews but I felt it was necessary in this case.
When my date and I arrived the restaurant it was about 27 degrees with what seemed to be no air conditioning in the building.
I asked my server about the specials which they only had one pasta special. I ended up ordering the pasta special which was supposed to be a short rib pasta. What arrived at my table 15 minutes later was a pasta with cream sauce and scallops which I cannot eat due to allergies.
When I asked the server why I received scallop cream pasta instead of the special short rib, he immediately got frustrated and said I pointed at the menu asking for the pasta special which just happened to be a dish on the regular menu. He accused me of pointing at the item on the menu but I literally had the menu closed on an empty seat beside me because my order was NOT listed on the menu.
After being confronted by my server I just decided to abandon the argument and told him Iād keep the pasta and pack it up to bring to someone else.
The server later apologized for the experience but we were never visited by a manager (which is typically standard procedure when an order is this wrong) and never offered to receive the pasta for free or any other complimentary items.
The worst part of this other than being confronted and accused of doing something I didnāt was paying for this dish which was $40 and I couldnāt even eat it.
I will not be returning to Farro after this experience.

I attended a family event at Farro and I cannot praise the service and the food enough. Their gnocchi and pizza can compete with the high end downtown restaurants! Staff were attentive, knowledgeable and ensured I never had an empty glass. This is a gem in Maple that's a must visit.
Farro is definitely the best Italian restaurant in Maple. They took us without a reservation on a busy Friday night, and the food was incredibly tasty! Definitely recommend if you are looking for traditional Italian food, a warm ambiance, and lovely service! Our server was funny, friendly, and kind!

UPDATE Dec 31.24 it's been a while since we were last here, and still amazing and on a NY's eve. We were 10, comfortably seated, not overly crowded, and not as loud as I recall. Great menu, service, and delicious. Food arrived hot but slightly delayed, we all enjoyed it, We recommend and will be back on a regular basis. Boun Appetito!!
Came on New Years Eve with family of 9 and we were so pleased with the food, the prompt service even with how busy they were. Carm was very attentive. The food was amazing! Thank you for a lovely evening Farro!

Really nice dining experience at Farroās today. We had come to celebrate our friendās Anniversary. Though I do feel since the hostess knew we are celebrating an occasion, they could have brought out a dessert as a cute gesture. But still we enjoyed our food and drinks and no complaints with the service. Worth a visit!
Love this place! We had a small holiday gathering, and we had a wonderful time. Great menu options and so tasty. Will definitely be coming to Farro again!

Well a night that was supposed to be full of great food was changed when my waiter decided to split our meals in the kitchen without asking me . I was actually shocked and have never ever seen a restaurant do this without asking the patron. I didnāt eat my ādetermined portion halfā by the kitchen as it was not what I asked for. Owner came to me and asked if I would like anything else. I said no, they still charged me based on the half portion I was incredibly humiliated , but paid the bill and will never go back because of the poor service decision by the waiter and the owner. Not impressed!

First time checking this place out with my fiancĆ©. It's close to where we live and I'm glad we had dinner š½ here. Very delicious food and fantastic service. We will definitely be coming back again in the future!
