The current set of employees are driving this location into the ground. Can't get a simple order right. Not sure why the owner hires employees who can't speak English and keep on making the same mistakes. Pathetic. Firefighters should be ashamed of this crap. No attention to detail.

I’m usually a fan of Firehouse Subs, but today’s experience was disappointing. It seems the staff could benefit from some additional training, as customer service fell short. Communication was a challenge, and the attitude of the male employee who made my sandwich was less than welcoming. Spending over $30 should come with a better experience and better food. Hopefully, improvements can be made in the future.

Freshest subs in Canada. A little pricey but you pay for what you get. Take out pro tip: ask for the dressing on the side that way your bun is not soaked by the time you get home. Their brownies are amazing! They also support local firefighters.

we love Firehouse Sub. If you tired of Subway and disappointed how Subway bread and ingredients change. Firehouse is the place you should go for. their ingredients and bread is way too better than Subway and you will find it worth the price.
