Usually I order Freshii through Uber Eats but today I was in the area so I stopped by to pick up myself.
The gentleman who served me and made my food was genuinely so sweet and you could tell that he really cares about his customers and service. His smile and kindness just really really stood out to me.
I already order from Freshii, but after today, I’m going to be ordering much more often from this location. I hope he reads this and knows how much his smile and kindness impact others ❤️🙏🏼

Went there for lunch today and the portions are small (used to touch lid when closed) for almost 40 dollars. I wouldn't recommend going there for that price I could have made lunch for a couple of days.
Update: Manager went above and beyond to make situation right. I visited this weekend and the food portion and presentation was great. More places should have customer service skills like this Freshii location.

Have been coming to this location every Thursday for a year. Recently you’ve changed the staff and they cannot make a decent bowl or wrap. You ask for light sauce there is absolutely none. It never tastes the same twice even if you order the same item. The quality has gone down hill ever since the staffing changed. After last night we won’t be coming back.
