The pancakes are made fresh so it's a 20-30min but worth it! Enjoyed the tiramisu souffle pancakes with a nice hot cup of Earl grey tea. The macarons were also a nice treat 👌 Perfect place to try something new and catch up with friends.

Both the matcha tiramisu fuwa fuwa pancakes and tiramisu croffles were yummy. Spacious interior but it was pretty dirty inside.

Order at the counter first. You’ll get a table number. Fuwa fuwa pancakes are fresh to order so expect waiting time to be anywhere between 25-30 minutes.

Please make sure your employees are trained properly before they start working. This is a cappuccino, which tastes no better than instant coffee. We ordered 3 pancakes and were told 30 mins waiting time. But we waited 50+mins to get the first one on the table.

They went from bomb ass fluffy, wet, thick, tasty japanese pancakes to shitty ass basic 2 no name pancakes stacked one on top of each other. At least i know not to come back again, if i wanted shitty ass thin pancakes i woulda just gotten them and made em myself

Store hours says they’re opening at 9am, so we show up at 8:50 with a group of friends to be ready for the opening. We waited until ~9:10am, no one was around and the store was still closed. Very unprofessional.

First time i had this it was amazing. I live in the area. Second time (this time) it was near close time on saturday night. It was undercooked. The pancakes are mushy today. Very disappointing experience after waiting 30 mins for the pancakes. The lady who I think is the owner didnt even start the order for 10 mins after saying it will be 15 mins. All around, awful experience. Wont be back sadly.

It’s good to try once. I don’t recommend the drinks. Very junior and untrained staff. Takes 40 min to prepare the order for four. It’s a bit pricey!!

Just had the most amazing experience here at FUWA FUWA, and I can't stop raving about it! The pancakes were pure perfection—fluffy, light, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
I tried the *Tiramisu Pancake*, and it was a dream come true, with the perfect blend of sesame latte and creamy goodness.
And the *Matcha Pancake*? Absolute heaven for any matcha lover like me! The balance of sweetness with that signature matcha flavor was spot on.
On top of it all, the couple owners are so nice, kind, and very welcoming—they truly made the experience even better.
If you haven't been to Fuwa Fuwa yet, you're missing out on the best pancake experience ever!
