Hero Certified Burgers

I had to wait 20 minutes for my burger. After me, two families arrived. The cashier collected payment from all the guests and then went to the kitchen to cook burgers for everyone. I was very disappointed.

I was just in here I waited 25 mins for my food before the cashier brought me my order in a sealed bag I opened it and found that the side of Hero sauce I ordered and paid for was missing and then I left got to my car and had a nagging feeling to check my burger it was also incorrect and was missing the cheddar cheese I also paid extra for and had beef bacon instead of the strip bacon I ordered. There is also only 1 person working both the kitchen and the cash which is probably why the orders are so bad!

This was not a compliment and The Owner Comment absolutely makes no sense! I said nothing about Veggie Opinions nor did I compliment the single employee who was clearly to over worked to make the order correctly!

Hero’s Burger is a gem! Their cold brew iced coffee is perfectly refreshing, the fries and burgers are packed with flavor, and the chicken wings are incredibly juicy. The staff is warm and friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Amazing burgers. Service was good. They have their own veggie burger and it's really the best veggie burger I have had in 20 years or more. They make their own patties. The service was good. Quite freindly staff, specially there was an employee named Prabhjot Kaur , she is amazing. Her nature was very friendly and she also welcomed her all customers with a great joy and with a very positive attitude and a very natural smile on her face😊
