BEWARE of this location at Dufferin and Major Mackenzie. They do not honour advertised deals. Went in person to order the $4.99 classic hero and was told by the staff the owner of the franchise specifically told them not to honour the deals even though this location is specifically cited on the website as participating in the deal. This is false advertising and will be reporting to the corporate offer and Better Business Bureau for false advertising.

Hero Certified Burgers at the northeast corner of Dufferin & Major Mackenzie is not a restaurant, it’s a new attraction: “Try to wait for an employee.” I stood there for more than 7 minutes, nobody showed up. Apparently, their concept is that the customer should starve to death first, and only then, maybe, someone will serve them. Bravo, Hero Burgers — you’ve invented the service of the future: total absence of service.

I came in today with my daughter, and we both ordered meals at Hero Burger. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The service we received from Bilar was amazing — he was literally a one-man show, handling everything as the cook, the order-taker, and even the server.

One thing that really stood out was how he brought our food out to our table while we were waiting. That extra touch of kindness made the visit feel even more welcoming and personal.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Blue Moon Burger, and it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. My daughter built her own burger, and she loved it as well. Both meals were fresh, tasty, and perfectly made.

Overall, we had an amazing experience thanks to Bilar’s effort and dedication. Great food, great service, and incredible customer care — all from one person running the whole place. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Bilar was excellent! I ordered a hero burger, and even though he was working alone, he was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. He prepared the food in a good amount of time, and it was absolutely delicious. My mom and I felt very comfortable and appreciated his friendly attitude. Great service and great food!

I I took a bite out of it the burger is borderline raw inside like come on. nobody else was waiting for an order so I don't understand why the guy was rushing it. Unfortunately I didn't check before I got home and it was already midnight otherwise I would have went back and gotten a refund

I made a Uber Eats order of two chicken sandwich combo and the order was very bad the onion rings was burnt and could not eat it. The sandwich was itself very bad the lettuce seems like a week or two old the sauce was very bad and smelly couldn’t not eat anything .

Great local spot! The food is fresh and tasty and the menu has a lot of fun options to try. The place is super clean, wheelchair accessible, and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good meal in a nice atmosphere!

I ordered burgers through uber eats. This is the second time they give me the wrong order. They gave me a complete different order than what I wanted. And this is not the first time. Very upset.
