My husband and I got a large date and banana smoothie and she charged us for the large, but gave us both a small. We came with our 4 month old and he was crying, so it wasn't worth it for us to ask her to remake it... but still we paid $11 for 1 small drink and it should've been a large. It's also extremely watery and I asked for chia seeds in mine, but it doesn't seem like I got that either. We won't be coming back.

Ordered an açai bowl that came completely rock hard and frozen. I guess they pre make them and freeze them? Couldn’t even get into it with a spoon or fork. Also didn’t have half of the toppings they advertise. Sub par from many of the other local places.

Came in here ordering the Clean green juice, employee told me she couldn’t do it because they didn’t have celery or cucumber or kale, so I asked if they had anything similar, she gave me such an attitude saying she could make the juice only with apple and ginger, so I ordered a different juice. Employee was rude and not helpful, wearing a headphone all the time while making juices and ingredientes did not look fresh at all.

Best açai in Toronto/GTA. They actually use sorbet so it doesn’t melt as you are eating it like most smoothie bowls. Mandeep was so welcoming and nice. Highly recommend

i usually come here all the time and get the smoothie bowls which are a thick consistency. but most recently, i came here with my sister and ordered 2 açai bowls for $40 total which is insane. when we got the bowls, the base was frozen rock solid and we could not eat it as it was to hard. we asked if there was anything they could do about it as we could eat it and they said no. all the bases are pre frozen. which is crazy because how are we supposed to eat a rock hard frozen bowl which we paid 40 dollars for. horrible

I been looking everywhere for a place that does the açaí bowls properly and I finally found it!!! I usually traveled far to oakberry but now I don’t have to!! Thanks for making them so great!!
Edit- came for a second time and my bowl was complete frozen! I couldn’t even eat it. So seems to be inconsistent. Damm I was hoping to find my new go to spot.

I tried the Mango Madness smoothie, it tasted good but was pretty average - nothing special for an almost $7 smoothie! (and I got the small size too 😅) I was shocked to hear the açai bowl was almost $20?!?!

Overall, the smoothies are good but expensive. They had a buy one get one deal that was very misleading because you had to buy a large but you only get a small size free of the same flavor. Nowhere on the sign did it mention the size. Usually when there is a bogo deal it is the same size. Also, there are no prices listed in the store. I'd recommend buying from here only through uber eats as the bogo deals(with uber one) are priced more fairly and are not misleading.
