I had a very disappointing experience at King’s Feast in Wonderland. After waiting in a long queue, I ordered a cheeseburger, but they gave me a veggie burger instead. I trusted the supervisor who served me the food, so I was too hungry and took bites before realizing from the taste that it was the wrong order.
When I approached the supervisor to correct the mistake, he refused to replace it simply because I had taken bites. This is extremely unreasonable—how else could I know they gave me the wrong food without tasting it? I even threw the burger in the garbage right in front of him out of frustration.
For the price and wait time, I expected at least basic respect and customer service. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to correct them when it’s clearly the restaurant’s fault is unacceptable.
I will not be returning to this location and hope management takes customer feedback seriously.

This place offers dining plan meals as part of wonderland dine pass. They have a couple of options like burgers and fries, chicken tenders, and hot dogs.The food is not high up but it offers the taste and freshness of a regular fast food stop. I have tried the burgers and its been good and fresh. The fires are also ok and not really salty. Staff is also usually nice and friendly.There is plenty of space to sit down as well close by.

The food was very good I tried the fries and the staff service was awesome I gave five stars to the staff namely Prabhdeep Kaur such a wonderful guy She took an order with patience and told me all the meal and drink plans.
Bought their overpriced fountain drink, didn't even put it on the receipt, didn't get the drink I paid for. Double checked the total price, there is no mistake i bought it, don't understand why they won't include price detail on the receipt, it only has the name of the items you ordered on it, maybe so that you can't check what you bought easily.
