Maple bakery did an amazing job for my sonâs 1st birthday. The sfoglia cake we ordered was excellent, everyone had seconds!

Been coming here for years The bakery is above average love all their baked goods but I noticed the last little while the customer service has declined. I find the employees behind the counter rude, they donât listen to what youâre saying and are very dismissive. To conclude, the pastries are great, but service needs improvement.

Havenât been here in years because it always looked dirty ! Decided to try it again and very disappointed. Again very dirty !! How do the owners or workers think itâs okay not to clean your doors . Tables were dirty , floors dirty imagine the back ??

My family and I have been coming to this bakery for many years. The bakery offers a variety of choices which are all delicious! The staff are welcoming and ready to help every time I come in. One server in particular, Ava, always has a smile on her face and gives me exceptional customer service going above and beyond to make sure I am being helped which I appreciate very much. I would recommend this bakery to everyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

If I could give Maple Bakery 10 stars, I absolutely would! I've been coming here for 20 years, and the customer service has always been top-notch. Their cakes, pizza, bread, ice cream â and especially their babas â are simply the best. I can't say enough good things about this place. The food is very good. The place is a little bit overpriced and some employees are actually very rude. I didnât have time to catch her name, but it was a Latina worker I believe from Venezuela who had very unpleasant attitude. She acted like she owns the place, and treats customers better than others. Very bad representation for the place which actually made me not wanna go back because if thatâs the employees that you guys hire to represent you then you have to really make sure theyâre very good with people skills and customer service.
