The first time I visited, I was ignored. So I left. But I believe in second chances so I'm glad I returned. I've had great service from all the ladies, and the baked items are tasty indeed. Love the fritters✓✓✓
My family and I have been coming to this bakery for many years. The bakery offers a variety of choices which are all delicious! The staff are welcoming and ready to help every time I come in. One server in particular, Ava, always has a smile on her face and gives me exceptional customer service going above and beyond to make sure I am being helped which I appreciate very much. I would recommend this bakery to everyone looking for great food and exceptional service.
If I could give Maple Bakery 10 stars, I absolutely would! I've been coming here for 20 years, and the customer service has always been top-notch. Their cakes, pizza, bread, ice cream — and especially their babas — are simply the best. I can't say enough good things about this place. A special shoutout to Erika for consistently delivering outstanding service!
