I had ordered a white heart shaped cake for my daughter's birthday. They had made it exactly what I was looking for. I was able to pick the flavor and went with white chocolate. It was a hit at the party. Everyone loved it. I would rate 100 stars if I could. Thanks for making my daughter's birthday a blast.

I live in Fort Saskatchewan, AB The man that owns our location also owns other businesses around. He has only one worker for several establishments to work them all at the same time. Sometimes you can wait for 20-30 minutes before the worker comes back from Pitta Pit next door as they were serving customers there. If it was my name that was being dragged though the mud I would not be pleased

Agreed with the other client who posted his/her comment earlier. This Marble Slab is the worst among all Marble Slabs. The owner has his own rules. Don’t buy from this location!!!

Unbelievably bad customer service and was very disrespectful. They also made lots of changes to their system without notifying. Will never come here again and buy any ice cream.

Compare to other marble slabs this one is the absolute worst. The owner makes up his own rules about adding toppings and proceeds to say “every location has different rules on toppings”. Apparently he has to deny my request on adding toppings on top because the icecream is already mixed. This is a franchise with standardized expectations that the owner needs to uphold which he doesn’t and he is disgustingly cheap. Not only did the guy cheap out on the toppings, he didn’t even fill the cup up all the way. Go to the marble slab in Thornhill, it’s way better and you won’t actually get disappointed with the money you spent.

Delicious ice cream! So many options, flavours and topping wise as well as vegan options perfect for everyone. Was a very busy night but the staff were nice, quick and friendly.

Very poor customer service and quality of ice cream. Spent over $30 and requested a small cup for my toddler's leaking ice cream cone and the other server rudely advised that it would be an additional charge

After many years, I decided to give Marble slab a try. The lady was very helpful with our selection. Great customer service experience however the cones were stale, chewy and overall weird tasting although she assured they're made fresh daily, but being icecream connoisseurs we (my son & I) figured something was definitely off.

I love the variety of flavours available! I also love the friendly service and support provided to try samples for all the flavours. I must admit they are on the pricy side even for 1-2 scoops. Looking at +$20 for basic 1/2 scoops.
Store is very clean and kudos for the variety, cakes, ice sandwich cookies and treats!
