Flavours are not flavouring at all. And they have to weigh(using a scale) everything which is no good dor me.

I have been going to this location for years and on a regular basis.
My kid loves the new flavors and the endless options that he can have.
He gets a medium and I get a large so I can split it.
We have been always greeted with smiles and nice conversations with the workers.
However, when we recently visited we were not. The man wasnt smiling and wasnt friendly even though we have encountered him on our many visits. My husband says he is the owner. Regardless of he is or isnt you should be welcoming your customers not being harsh.
Anyways my son and husband got their regular orders and then it was my turn. I have a particular way of choosing my mixins since it is a large size. I got my Reese, snickers ( which was the crumbs at the bottom of the container after he moved all the chucks to the side of the container)and oreos when I said 2 brownies and 1 cookie i was told no he can't do that. I asked why and he said I can't put everything in it and because it is unlimited toppings it doesn't mean unlimited.

I told him it is a large size and I have always been getting it this way and the slogan needs to be changed if it isnt unlimited.

I am very disappointed that ever since they opened we have been coming, telling people and bringing people to this location and this is how they treat their regular customers?

Whoever was on shift as of 3:50 pm on 07/09/2025 needs to be fireddd she was incredibly rude and impatient and tried to lie to us about not being able to keep flavours separate. I worked there for over 5 years and I know for a fact that you are allowed to separate flavours (unless something got changed recently). I truly don’t understand why she felt the need to lie to us. I get not wanting to do your job but at the end of the day a little customer service goes a long way and whoever was behind the counter had absolutely no problem rolling her eyes and acting irritated towards us. Customer service here sucks recently!!

No refund on unopened candles — the receipt should have indicated that if that was the case

First time coming here today and Jay was the man! He explained to me so well how to choose your own toppings and everything and explain the different flavors of ice cream so well and slowly. Totally recommend here and the ice cream is so good! Thanks again Jay!

I go here anytime I’m feeling down or anytime a friend/family member is craving ice cream. They have tons of flavours (I got a strawberry/mango flavour) than can come both in a cone or in a cup. Your allowed to sample the ice cream. You get add up to 3-4 extra toppings (I got rock chocolate, pretzels, and cookie dough). They have custom cones such as chocolate dipped or chocolate dipped with peanuts/skors. They also have tubs of ice cream and ice cream cake. Pretty sure they own a side company that sells different types of popcorn and gummies that they have on the side to go with the ice cream or just by itself. It’s a bit expensive but it tastes really good so it doesn’t hurt to go once in a while. They also mix the toppings on a marble slab as the name suddgests. There’s not a lot of places to sit (there’s only on long chair thing). If you like ice cream you should most definitely try out this place, it’s a great experience with family/friends.

I had ordered a white heart shaped cake for my daughter's birthday. They had made it exactly what I was looking for. I was able to pick the flavor and went with white chocolate. It was a hit at the party. Everyone loved it. I would rate 100 stars if I could. Thanks for making my daughter's birthday a blast.
