Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Stock Management

I have been a loyal customer of this Mary Brown’s location for many years, visiting 2–4 times a week whenever I shop at Walmart. Unfortunately, my recent experience on November 5, 2025, was extremely disappointing.

I went in around 6:00 PM to get a chicken sandwich that was on special, only to find it sold out. While I was willing to order something else at full price, no staff member was willing to take my order. The employees appeared visibly upset and uninterested, likely due to being busy, but as a paying customer, I should not have to deal with unhelpful or dismissive service.

Stock management seems poor, as advertised specials are frequently unavailable, and the attitude of staff is driving away regular customers like myself. I have been loyal since before the McDonald’s opened in the same Walmart, but experiences like this make it hard to continue supporting this location.

They have amazing service! I went today to get a Blue Jays Burger, and the line stretched all the way to the front gate of Walmart. Despite the rush, the staff kept smiling and maintained a positive attitude without missing a single order. I still got my food really fast! I hope the owners recognize their hard work and give them some extra appreciation for today. Cheers!

Wow!!! Amazing service! The food was made with lots of love and so fresh. Manveen, an employee and her staff was so polite and friendly. This location inside the Walmart is now my go to location from now on. Try it everyone. It’s worth the drive.

Stopped by Mary Brown's late last night and was impressed with the service. Even though it was near closing, the night worker was super friendly and efficient. The chicken was fresh and crispy, just what I needed.

Tried Mary Browns just coming out of Walmart. Chicken is dry and chewy, a disappointment considering they have few kinds of burgers but don’t excel in it. I’m not sure why it’s so highly rated.

Manveen & Harjashan were at the counter! Tried their daredevil menu! The customer service and the food was amazing.
