Your corporate office is run by bots there is no customer service

I have sent two emails to customer service I had asked to speak to the regional manager this Franchise does not care about customer service. Went into this Mary Brown’s to grab dinner after a late night work. Was ignored by the staff . A man cut in front of me. They served him. I waited patiently behind him and what happened next. They ignored me again and serve the men behind me, obviously this is a race thing where they’ve been brought up to serve men first and women are serve last or not even acknowledged. I did not raise my voice, but once they started serving the men behind me, I turned around and said what am I invisible, I got a lot of I’m sorry I’m sorry I didn’t see you proving my point from above even though I was there before the man cut in front of me and the one behind me. As I said, I’ve contacted Head Office twice now with no response I’ve asked to speak to the regional manager no response Mary Brown’s Food is good, but this location will never see me again and I will be spreading the word as much as I possibly can how disrespectful they are to women, Churches, which is right across the street will be getting my business from now on.

I love the taste of regular chicken, combine with taters and coleslaw.

Been a fan of Mary Brown's for years. I was surprised to see one in Walmart so I thought I'd order here . Big mistake . Ordered 3 sandwiches and all 3 dry bun , thin dry chicken no flavor (do they not season chicken here) tiny pieces of chicken lost in the bun. Would have returned to complain but no time. Will not go back here anytime. Location on Rutherford is 100% better.
*** Just a follow up. Was given a email address so that they could follow up to discuss my comments... I did email but never received a reply.*** Guess they just don't care.
