I've been to the drive thru here twice, with a long gap between them, and both times it made me not even want to order and just leave. It really has the worst drive thru of any McDonald's. I hope they reconsider the employees here.

This place deserves zero star from my side. The manager has a stinky attitude, I mean you just work at a fast food location so give priority to guest experience rather than validation and having a clash with the guests. You got terrible food, terrible ambiance, I would love to give this store zero stars if it would be possible Focus on your behaviour with beings and behave as if you believe in humanity
It says “24hours” in this store but the staff told me they do not serve at the time past 3:30AM. What is the point of being a 24hrs operation? Also why would the staff peek through the window and took out a phone like taking a photo while I parked for taking a break?
Lastly a 15 minutes time difference, another costumer managed to entered the store and got their meal.
Since there is a “close operation” on a certain time please Update the operational hours to avoid disappointments in the future.

Kiosks never have printer paper. They always mess up my order . Burned my breakfast sandwich . This time they couldn't keep track of orders . The display also doesn't even work right . The guy infront of me had to wait 5 min for a cup . Like really? Come on McDonald's Canada you need to find a new franchisee for this store beacuse the current one clearly can't manage it .

This location is a mess. The staff cannot attend to both drive-thru and in-store orders at the same time. If they focus on one, the other will most definitely suffer. They get my order wrong 75% of the time. Once I ordered a 6-piece of chicken nuggets with only 5 nuggets. Another time, they gave my daughter a book instead of a toy in her Happy Meal. I order ice coffee in the summer to consistently be given hot coffee. Today takes the cake. They were apparently out of Happy Meal toys and books. Their system did not register it nor did they bother to tell me when I placed my order and PAID AT THE COUNTER. They sold me a Happy Meal for my daughter with no toy. In addition, I ordered a spicy grilled chicken sandwich and it was wrong. They gave me a spicy crispy chicken sandwich instead. The only reason we keep coming back to this location is because it's convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants to be aggravated.

Deleted part of our order and then got annoyed saying we should have confirmed it when we went to pay. Ordered 10 pc chicken nugget meal and one was missing and didnt give ANY sweet and sour sauce. Pop tasted like soda water. Window clerk was annoyed because "we went to the wrong window" when there wasn't anyone at the pay window. Terrible experience and food quality. Manager was helpful when I called, he gets 5 stars and must be exhausted from the complaints this place gets.
