Love this location as the interior deco gives a Relaxing feel probably because of the special shaped lights and wall arts. There used to be very few people dining so it is very quiet and gives a nice atmosphere to dine in. The service is quick, I always like to order ahead and pick up from the counter to save time. Other McDonalds wants me to be physically there first, but this location, i can pick up immediately when i ‘m there, which serves the purposes of mobile order. I ordered BLT with sesame bun, it’s hot and fresh when I got it. Perfect breakfast place, highly recommended.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I got from Sabrina at the McDonald’s on 150 McNaughton last Thursday and Friday deserves recognition. She greeted everyone with a smile, handled a busy line calmly, and made the whole experience so smooth. My food came out fresh and fast. Employees like her genuinely make a difference. Huge shout-out to Sabrina!

Bought 2 combos yesterday. The first drink was iced tea and no flavor what so ever. The second drink was a root beer put in to a small cup then that cup was put in to an empty medium cup as a front. Never thought that I could get scammed by a big corporation like this. This is Unacceptable and shouldn’t be happening ever! Please explain???

Terrible experience at this location. I ordered a small mocha and medium fries, but the staff couldn’t understand my order even after multiple repeats. They gave me a regular coffee instead, and when I went back through the drive-thru, the “replacement” didn’t even taste like a mocha. It honestly seemed like they reused the coffee I returned and just added whipped cream.

Completely unacceptable, unhygienic, and shows a serious lack of attention. Customers should be warned—double-check your order at this location. I’m not asking for a refund, but management needs to take this seriously and retrain their staff.

Sitting in the car with my crying toddler because they parked me again! waiting for 1 happy meal and 1 big mac, when I asked how long 3-5mins! I asked why she said sorry, only 2 ppl in the kitchen!
On a Saturday?! Every single time no matter what they park me, this is lazy and unacceptable service. NO CARS BRHIND ME BY THE WAY!!!!

I visited this McDonald's location for dinner and was shocked by the level of uncleanliness. The drink and sauce station was visibly dirty, and the washroom was in unacceptable condition. Based on what I saw, I would rate the hygiene score as zero.

To support my experience, I recorded a short video showing the state of the drink area and the washroom facilities. I believe it's important for others to be aware of the conditions before visiting.

I hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness standards. Customers deserve a safe and sanitary environment.

Huge improvements since this manager came here. Prior, this place was extremely slow and none of the staff really cared. You could wait up to half an hour for your order. Nowadays, this manager makes sure your order is placed and on the table within a few minutes. He will personally deliver it. Wish I could nominate this person for a reward.

Worst experience wording good both thru Drive-Thru and in-door. There was no one at pay station for 5mins after we placed the order. In the store, 3 machines were not working. After we talked to the cashier, we waited another 15mins. It was overall 30mins spent back and forth.
