My visit to this Mr. Sub location had to be one of the worst services I’ve received in a while. Poor manners by the worker, little to no protein put in my sandwich, Vegetables not cut properly, sauces slapped on to create a mess, and poor grill. I visit Mr. Subs frequently and unfortunately this location made me want to stay away from them for the next little while.

This might have been the most poorly built sub I’ve ever seen. All the vegetables were poorly cut up and so the sub fell apart when eating.

Bad service. Bread crumbles and falls apart. Toasting doesn't toast. Ridiculously small portions of any proteins/toppings you ask for. Bad packing so sandwich also falls apart as soon as you open it. Make yourself a sandwich at home. It can't be worse.

Worst Mr. SUB experience. The sub was soggy and tasted like some cheap frozen packaged food out from the microwave. The guy who is running the show was placing plastic boxes all over the place and tried to find ingreadients in them. For a show, it is funny, for a quality and expensive sub, it is shameful.

Probably the worst Mr. Sub I’ve EVER had. The bread was stale and the breaded chicken was cold! It was totally disgusting! Ended up throwing more than half in the garbage!

I will not be returning. Ordered a Seafood Sub. Stale bread, so stingy on toppings (literally 4 very thin tomato slices and four very thin and small onions on a large sub.) , charged $3 for cheese on it (a ten cent value), tried to sell me expired milk, $18!!! And they ask for a tip! Are you kidding me?!? Used to go at least once a week. No more. Too bad because I really like Mr Sub but after this, I'll go anywhere else. Total RIP.

Worst experience ever. Just got back from buying 2 subs. 1 seafood and 1 steak and cheese. Upon walking in, the man was already in some mood mumbling to himself. Then he turned his back to make the subs. Very odd. We brought the subs home and one has barely any seafood in it and the other had hardly any meat. Might as well be a veggie sub. It was horrible and I typically live Mr.Sub. so disappointing. We got 2 free cookies. Keep the cookies and give us better subs! Don't buy from this location. Horrible.

Wow What an absolute dumpI was starving and ready to eat the butt of a skunk and I think that's what I was served, I walked in and the owner or shall we just call him the guy with the attitude made eye contact and disappeared into the back room. after what seemed to be a five minute wait he came out and said what you want. I ordered a roast beef sub with mustard - pretty simple I thought - what kind of bread you want - I said I don't care, he pushed the issue and asked again - I said white. then he realizes no roast beef, back to the back room he goes again.... I can go on but it's easier to say I ate the sub in less time it took him to prepare it. Restaurant was freezing cold - garbage on the floor under the tables and all the time I'm thinking if he went to pee I hope he washed his hands afterwards.Next question - Will I ever go back to this locationAnswer - N I T F L TMeaning Not In This ...well I'll leave the rest up to you, LT stands for life timeAnd Oh yeah over, $ 15.00 for one sub - no drink, no cookie, no chips, just attitude which I guess was free that day.EDITWell they did respond to my review, unfortunately it's the same can reply that they give to everybody who gives them less than a perfect rating it seems. My question now is what's the point? They want me to contact them for what? Seriously they need to get in there and do something with this location, perhaps they should close it.

Terrible location. Pretty sure the owner made my order and maybe put 25 percent of the meat on the sub. The other one I ordered was the chicken parm and I won’t even describe what I got. This is the type of place that kills off franchises. First food review I ever gave because the man working there should be fired immediately and if he is the owner my lord!
