It’s never open. How can you run a successful business when customers never know when you’re open. I think it’s now permanently closed which sucks.

Closed until August 15 ?Edit: it is apparently still closed as of September 15?. Call before you go❗️the sign in the door doesn’t make it clear the new date they will be back

If you're looking for the best pastrami sandwich with freshly cut fries and homemade coleslaw, I recommend checking out Pancer’s on Dufferin. They take pride in everything they make by using quality ingredients. I’m in heaven and enjoying every bite
Pancer’s is my go to spot for a good smoked meat sandwich in Maple!! I don’t understand what’s with these negative comments below. The owner is super friendly and I would totally recommend giving their sandwiches a try.
Would get a better review if you were open during non working hours ?
I really do love the food here but the hours of operation are a major issue. They always seem to be closed every time we go there. To the owner - please adjust your hours as I’m sure I’m not the only customer feeling this way.
Ive been a customer of Pancer's for years, very consistent sandwiches, always large portions, and the owner is very helpful. Highly recommend this Deli

Fresh and delicious!The only down side here, is that you gotta catch them open!They have some ‘all over the place’ hours, they open and close as they desire, no matter what the open/close sign says!But once you have a bite, you forget all about it!This place isn’t about dine-in, you grab & go would be your best option!Try the pastrami!!
It took 30 years but I finally found a true deli style sandwich. The food is fantastic and the service impeccable.
