Pancer’s is my go to spot for a good smoked meat sandwich in Maple!! I don’t understand what’s with these negative comments below. The owner is super friendly and I would totally recommend giving their sandwiches a try.

Great deli! Fresh and delicious!The only down side here, is that you gotta catch them open!They have some ‘all over the place’ hours, they open and close as they desire, no matter what the open/close sign says!But once you have a bite, you forget all about it!This place isn’t about dine-in, you grab & go would be your best option!Try the pastrami!!
