BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION My expectations were low, a hot pizza and and a sane person to except my payment and hand me my pizza. All requirements were NOT met. The pizza was cold. The nasty lady working the counter was yelling at customers instead of taking orders and handing out orders. Pizza was under cooked. This place needs help badly. I WILL NOT BE BACK, I will drive the extra 10-15 minutes to get a quality pizza from real pizza shop in Richmond Hill.

Went in to order and the employee rudely tells me he has too many orders to fill and that I would have to wait 10 minutes to order. He looked absolutely frustrated at my presence - I did not place an order because of his rudeness. Staff your branch properly!

Asked for my pizza to be well done, instead they decided to give me a barely cooked pizza with a nearly all white crust. Felt like I was eating day old pita bread. Drove back 15 minutes to the store and didn't even receive an apology from the front counter staff.

I got a pepperoni slice for my daughter, and the staff were so kind that she asked me to leave them a good review! The pizza was delicious, and according to my daughter, it was juicy, and cheese was soooo good.' We'll definitely be back!

The pizza was good. It was covered in cheese, no big red spots. Overall very good. The pepperoni could be thicker but there was a lot to compensate. Let's see if it's as good next time.
