Usually the customer service here is OK but had a poor experience just now. Asked for a slice of cheese and a pack of Doritos for my son who goes to a special needs school nearby. My son can’t tell the temperature of hot food so I give him the Doritos first until his pizza cools down. The white haired man behind the counter refused to give us the Doritos until the pizza was ready! I asked him politely twice and he walked away. Then he started making another pizza. I asked him politely again and he snapped “I can only give you everything together!” But why? Never had that experience at Pizza Pizza before. Then he angrily came forward and took out the slice before it was done and gave it to us with the Doritos. When I asked for napkins he tossed them at me. Unbelievable way to interact with a customer.

The pictures can speak for itself. Team don't have any customer service skills, they need to communicate without showing aggression. They made mistake but didn't accepted. We dump this pizza in garbage they force us to take out pizza from garbage and show them for their satisfaction. They are not even deserving 1 star.

ordered 3 party-size pizzas from Pizza Pizza, spending over $100 for a family gathering. When I asked for 30 paper plates to match the size of the order and the number of guests, I was only given 10. This wasn’t an oversight — I clearly made the request, and it was ignored. Not only so but I had to ask for plates 3 times mentioning if they thought this was enough plates for 3 party size pizzas. On top of that the first few they had handed me were 3 plates? Then 2 more and another “5”.
Frankly, this felt disrespectful. It’s basic courtesy and common sense: if someone is ordering food for a large group, they should be given enough plates for that group — especially when asked directly. Instead, I was left scrambling to figure out how 30 people were supposed to eat with only 10 plates and no cutlery.
It’s not just poor service — it shows a lack of care for customers. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Pizza again for any events, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting professionalism or basic respect.
This is hands down the best Pizza Pizza location I’ve ever been to and the credit goes to Hassan! The taste of the pizza here is on another level, thanks to the way Hassan makes it. You can tell he puts real care and passion into every order.
I actually drive 20 km from my home just to eat here, even though I have three Pizza Pizza locations within a 5 km radius of where I live. That says a lot. The difference in taste and quality is worth every kilometer.
Hassan truly makes this location stand out polite, professional, and always consistent. If you’re looking for top-quality pizza and great service, this is the place to go.

Staff were unbelievably rude. I asked a simple question about the menu and got attitude like I was wasting their time. They messed up my order, then blamed me for it. I waited 40 minutes for a cold, wrong pizza. No apology, no refund. Embarrassing.
