These employee's have no idea how to make a pizza, selling people pizza with burnt crust while its still raw in the middle thats ridiculous!! Management is definitely failing this location!!
And they are NOT allowing customers to use the bathrooms, this behavior is disgusting considering how much money we pay as customers and there is also the fact that providing customers with access to bathrooms is essential service and the only way a business can operate and stay open. Refusing access to bathrooms can and will get this location closed down. All it takes is just 1 call to the city to make a report that this business is denying access and use to facilities/bathrooms they'll regret having denied access.
Something needs to be done before pizzapizza loses a good majority of its customers to competition pizza stores.

Absolutely disgusting location! Ordered a pizza and it came burnt on the outside but raw in the middle. When I complained, the worker refused to let me speak with a manager, was extremely rude, and insisted that “this is how pizzas are supposed to be.” On top of that, he refused to give me his name so I could follow up with management later, so his picture had to be taken instead. Establishment was dirty, garbage piled high. Completely unacceptable service and food quality. Avoid this place at all costs.

“I had a very frustrating experience at Pizza Pizza. Their tap payment system is unreliable – it kept declining my card even though I had no issues elsewhere. The staff asked me to insert the card multiple times, which was inconvenient and embarrassing in front of others. In today’s time, when tap is the most common way people pay, Pizza Pizza really needs to upgrade their machines. This made my visit very unpleasant.

This location is clueless. Stay away save your money. They will always screw up your order by missing topping and undercook it basically serving raw dough and uncooked toppings. Got the bbq chicken pizza which has a bbq sauce drizzle and guess what no drizzle ontop. Asked well done, instead got raw soggy undercooked. Added pineapple and bacon, only got pineapple. Waited half hour in line for an app pickup because there's literally 2 ppl working for this busy location on a Friday night. Totally unorganized and disgusting atmosphere and pizza. Called customer care and they offered $10 on this $30 pizza what a joke. Stop scamming and stealing from customers.
This location needs some work from quality of pizza to quality of service. I do not reccomend.

I'm giving this Pizza Pizza location four stars because it's a solid, reliable spot for a quick bite. One of the things I really appreciate about this location is that it's rarely busy. This means you can get in and out quickly without a long wait. The staff is also consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. They seem genuinely happy to help and are efficient with taking orders and getting your food ready.
The prices here are also very friendly, which is a huge bonus. You can get a good meal without spending a lot of money, making it a great option for a budget-friendly lunch or dinner. I take my kids here often. The combination of good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent value for money makes this a go-to spot for me.

Avoid this place!! Stopped over for lunch while spending the day at wonderland. Was completely disgusted by the state of cleanliness of this establishment. Bathroom sink has a level of grime that can only be from never being cleaned. The toilet was clogged and full of sand? Bathroom was overall disgusting, with no toilet paper. This should have been my first clue as to what would be wrong with the place…. The walls and ceiling are coated in dirt and oil, wet napkins were stuck to the walls, garbage was overflowing and absolutely disgustingly coated in years of grime. Despite the staff never taking time to clean, which would excuse them by being busy, the service was painstakingly slow. My pizzas were presented in boxes coated in oil which shouldn’t have had time to absorb so quickly, which leads me to believe they are re-using pizza boxes. If the dining area and bathrooms are this filthy, I can’t imagine how gross the cooking area is where customers can’t see.
