I'm at this location about three times a week, and since the new ownership took over a few weeks ago, the improvement has been incredible. The quality has gone way up — when I order a double pep, I actually get a double pep now! The staff go above and beyond what you'd expect from a typical pizza shop. Great food, great people — a real standout in the neighborhood.

If I could give this location 0 star if I would. This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with when it comes to their customer service. I placed my order on Skip for the location at 9306 Bathurst Street at 7pm today.
At 7:30 I called to follow up on my order. Was told by a lady that my order just left and I should receive it in 5 mins.
Nothing was delivered!
Called bk 20 mins later and was told the same thing by someone name Andy.
Called bk 8pm and again was told the same crap. Finally spoke to someone at 8:30 and again same thing I was told!
All they do is lie. No one wants to follow up to see what is going on with the restaurant to get my food. When I got angry they just hanged up the phone on me.
Its 8:45pm and I'm still waiting for my food and they are refusing to give me bk my money.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO DEAL WITH WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Will never order from this place again!

I’ve been ordering from this Pizzaville since they opened a few years back. It used to be great. Until some other people seem to bought them out. The last two orders have been discusting. The crust is SUPER THICK, excess of toppings creates a pizza that is not cooked. New people there and they are VERY slow. Waited nearly 35 minutes for one pizza last week and today you can see frustrated customers waiting as well. You ask for thin crust and well done, they give you an underdone slab of dough with way too many toppings. I capitalized WELL DONE in the special instructions along with checking off well done. Threw my pizza away. Garbage. Order from another pizzaville.

Party size came with no sauce no cheese !! I mentioned on the phone there was a previous issue thought I’d try them again . Dry Dry Dry pathetic to even call it pizza. They wouldn’t refund but offered a credit. Will never ever get pizza from this location again !

Ordered a 5 topping pizza and all i recieved was a thin dough with sauce, barely any toppings, any cheese. i order pizzaville all the time but not from this location. Horrible

We’ve ordered so many pizzas from here & I would say it’s hit or miss. They are VERY stingy on toppings here & too much of the pizza is crust, pizza sauce is lacking so you get a dry low topping “gourmet” pizza.

Have complained many times to head office & it seems like this location is cutting corners at the expense of the franchise & customers.

What happened to good pizza & good customer service?

The delivery guy if you order delivery is moody at times.

Ordered delivery. If you're looking for a pizza with 1 inch around the edges of no toppings, a few toppings when you order 4 toppings, cold upon delivery, this is the place for you!! I understand I live 13 mins away and the pizza maybe cold, but don't cheap out on the toppings...Come on people.
