Very disappointed! Received a flyer in the mail the other day and seen pizzaville were promoting their panzarotti. Absolutely loved their NY style pizza so I figured I’d give the panzarotti a try. Ordered the 2 special with 2 toppings. Unfortunately they were stone cold and soggy. It was not a good experience. Neither my wife or I could even get through half of the panzarotti they were that bad. It’s unfortunate as we were both really looking forward to trying them.

We’ve been customers of the Bathurst and Rutherford location since it first opened. Kazam and his team have consistently served our community with genuine care and dedication.Yesterday, we had a true WOW moment. A call centre order went wrong on a very busy Halloween night (through no fault of the store), but the issue was quickly and graciously resolved by the store manager. Kazam went above and beyond to ensure everything was made right. Kazam is an exceptional individual who truly cares about his customers experience and treats everyone with kindness and respect. Pizza was great and Saif was very friendly. Overall it was a great experience.

We ordered a walk in special, large with 3 toppings for $16.99.
The stone baked crust is perfectly done, love the portions of cheese and sauce too. It definitely become our favorite pizza place in the neighborhood. Both owner are very nice and accommodating to the request too.

We usually order a party size pizza with 4 toppings and 20–30 wings from this location. However, during our most recent order, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the chicken wings. They were noticeably different in both taste and quality compared to previous orders. Unfortunately, based on this experience alone, we’re likely to order from a different place next time.

We stopped by for a quick meal, had no expectations as this was a first visit to a Pizzaville location. We were very pleasenlty surprised by the ambience, the service and the food.
Extremely courteous service, the wings and pizza were amazing!
Will certainly visit again, often.

We ordered a large three-topping pizza and it was absolutely delicious. after having the first pizza, we ordered another one to take home.
