I order medium chaye tea latte and she asked iced i said no hot one, then she gave me just latte when i politely asked her that i get wrong order i ordered chaye tea latte she started talking rude that she knows how to do her job and she know she make the right order and take it personally on her ego. I am not saying that she did it on purpose but maybe it is just a misunderstanding of the order because she was distracted by phone. Not a good experience, must know how to talk to customers. No need to be disrespectful.

Why does drive thru get priority over a customer standing right in front of you. I just want a coffee and a pastry that needs no Barista to make. Simple right? Should it take 10 minutes? Hire more staff at busy times and still getting over the new CEO 100 million dollar bonus. They lost their promise to the customer time and time again

The staff are very reluctant to make any kind of accommodations and try to nickel and dime for an extra splash of milk. The drinks are already a premium, so to have attitude and make us feel like we're being an inconvenience to them is a shame. Really disappointed. Tim Horton's has better service than this. You lost a loyal customer.

The lady who is attending the day, is super kind and gives a very good service, I continue to come,I just see that in the afternoon it's a little hard for her to attend the register and dispatch orders by herself. It would be good to have help in the heavy schedule.

On Saturday I was at this location and ordered 6 different drinks.Very rude cashier her name was humaira a young lady with long black hair and.At least twice a week I go to Starbucks and I know how my coffee should taste it’s was awful.She had really bad mood and talked rude to us.I will never go there again ?

I placed an order for 3 drinks, including a strawberry lemonade. I told the cashier no ice in the lemonade and was told no issue. While waiting for our drinks, I noticed the barista adding ice in the lemonade. I mentioned to her that I asked specifically for no ice. Her response was that she needed to add ice even when I told her that I didn't care that the quantity in the cup would show less without the ice since it was for my child. I told her that I have ordered the same drink for my child at different locations without any issues and all the baristas were happy to accommodate my request. But she kept ranting that she had to add ice. Never ordering from this location again. And on top you cant even redeem or collect points at this location.

This is a small masjid, which is built on a homestead. Several small rooms are converted into multiple prayer rooms.It will have to be completely renovated to convert it into a proper masjid else it will always be like a big mussallah. I prayed Taraweeh here and the volunteers did a commendable job of managing parking many more cars than it the parking lot could have normally accommodated.
