It's consistently one of my favorites. The staff are always super friendly and quick. My order is always perfect—whether I'm grabbing my Matcha or trying one of the seasonal drinks. The place is clean, the vibe is great for getting work done or catching up with a friend, and they always have my favorite snacks in stock. A reliable spot for a great Matcha experience.

Worst Starbucks ever! The old employee seems racist to Asian people. She double charged me for one drink. When I pointed out her mistake, she treated me like I was there to take advantage. I walked in that store with $16 balance in my gift card, but walked out with nothing except angers. Btw, the drink they serve is terrible. I have never had such unblended Frappuccino.

We ordered 5 drinks just to get all orders wrong. As you know drinks aren’t cheap and you expect to get high customer service, instead of apologizing and compensating or at least fixing our orders, the girl who made drinks had the audacity to argue with us. All the instructions of how to make the drink we ordered were written on the cup yet she couldn’t follow simple instructions. Low customer service, low drink quality. Order was placed on May 20th at 15:40
