Three friends and I came here for lunch. Me and another friend ordered Starbucks at this location and were provided rude and unprofessional service by the barista’s. They were ignorant and rolled their eyes at us while speaking in an annoyed tone. The other two of my friends got Subway earlier and brought it to Starbucks so we could sit down and eat together. The cleaning lady came to us and told us we couldn’t eat here since our other friends got Subway. We told her that we ordered Starbucks but she said it didn’t matter and that we had to leave despite there being a large group of teenagers right next to us who only had Subway and didn’t order Starbucks. She only said this to us, and not the other teenage group there.
Disappointed with the service. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. I waited far too long for a simple coffee order, and no one even acknowledged the delay or apologized. Definitely not the warm and welcoming experience I expected from Starbucks.
Big thanks to the team at Starbucks for always serving up my coffee just right! The staff is friendly, and the drinks are consistently delicious. I always leave with a smile. Keep up the fantastic work!
I had a very disappointing experience today at your Wonderland location. On July 3, 2025, I placed my regular order through the mobile app, as I’ve found this ensures accuracy and consistency. Unfortunately, today the beverage I received was significantly less than the Venti size I ordered—in fact, it appeared closer to a Tall size. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff member who prepared my drink, they were dismissive, rude, and implied that the mistake was somehow mine, which was genuinely unsettling.
For comparison, I’ve attached photos showing the drink I received at your Wonderland location (left) alongside the correctly prepared beverage I consistently receive at the Woodbridge location (right). Due to the unsatisfactory handling of this situation and the poor customer service I experienced, I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
my friend needed ice for an injury on her eye and they refused to give her ICE cuz of company policy… even after seeing my friend in pain and struggling! they still refused and said we had to buy something just to get some DAMN ICE. zero humanity shown (going through a hear wave as well currently), let alone good customer service. Ridiculous honestly.
Place is good and had nice coffee. However, it is extremely crowded during lunch hours as many school students and people come here to grab drinks, however it should be less crowded in the summer. Good place for studying when it is quiet like in the evening. Very nice atmosphere and service is friendly but can be a little slow.
I made a mistake on my order and a gentleman kindly gave me a refund, which I was not expecting.

I had the pleasure of having Isabella as my barista. She is the sweetest person. Very customer service oriented and genuinely cares about customers. This will be my go to Starbucks location now because of her.

There were three people working the evening of August 23, 2024. Absolutely zero customer service skills among the two women and one man working here. I come to place my order as I do DAILY. I don’t normally come to this specific location but I happened to be here after a day at Wonderland. I spend more than $150 on Starbucks monthly and I’m the ignorant one that keeps on going to give them my money. I cannot accept how rude these people are to paying customers.
I have never experienced such disrespect and attitude from an employee at this franchise. If you hate your job or its customers, get a different job!

Love this place! Like that it’s so close to canadas wonderland. The staff here is always so sweet and welcoming, and the drinks are always perfect. Big thanks to the staff??
