I had a very bad experience this morning ( 28 nov 2025). Lady named BRI served me, not sure whats her full name but thats what it says on her tag. I saw her serving other customers greeting them and asking things politely. But as soon as it’s my turn her whole attitude changed and I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m INDIAN. Sometime you don’t have to say things to be a racist you can just do things without saying and she’s a perfect example of that. I’m not your friend or family member, just treat everyone as your customers. Not asking much from you. May be someone is having a bad day and it can cheer up there mood.

Absolutely love going to Starbucks, staff members are very nice at every location I've been to. But I don't understand why at this location there's one individual that looks like they don't even want to be there whatsoever and very dry when trying to order a coffee or meal. It's not everyone at this location, I've gotten drinks here multiple times and they're very nice, just seems to be every single time I order from this one individual it seems like they're having a bad day. I feel like it's quite disrespectful if I'm going inside to buy a coffee and you just slide over my drink and don't even look at me whatsoever. I appreciate all the other staff members at this location who's very kind to talk to when ordering a drink or food. Pretty sure her name was Hannah. Sorry to make a review like this, but I feel like there should be some sort of respect / kindness when working at a place like this.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks. I waited an absurd amount of time for my order, and when I finally got it, it was completely wrong. but received something entirely different. It’s frustrating when you spend your time and money expecting a certain level of service, but end up with nothing close to what you wanted. I won’t be returning anymore
You're across from Wonderland. Why in the world are you closed at 9 pm on a Sat?
Rude staff. No bathroom. There are three bathrooms they locked two of them with passcodes. Only the wheelchair accessible was open and on the inside there was no lock. I was relieving myself when a guy opened the door on me. Embarrassing situation. Then the someone came over and tried to kick us out for having outside food, even tho we explained we were trying to buy a drink here, they said no exception. I looked around and there was no sign about prohibiting outside food. Then we asked about the bathroom having a password despite saying it’s for customers they said “customers only, are you buying anything?” 💀💀 no smile no nothing. I was taken aback, felt like I was a criminal getting caught by a police for a crime I didn’t know was illegal. I doubt this is professional behavior in service related places. I work at a restaurant and nobody, not even the manager or owner acts like this to anyone! Might as well become a full time Karen instead. I don’t even know why I even bothered to purchase a drink. Other employees seemed nice. I guess some Starbucks employees and Starbucks lovers are the same, snobby and believing they are above everyone else 🫶

Been to Starbucks across multiple countries, and this one by far was the worst customer service experience.
Staff was disinterested or overly burnt out. Never seen anything like it in any Starbucks who are remarkable for keeps a pretty high standard during hiring.
Walked inside for a pickup order, stood in front where you waited for drinks for 5+ minutes with no one acknowledging me.
3 staff in the drive thru, doing nothing.
1 cashier manning his position.
3 other floating around refusing to make any contact.
1 girl up front grinding away at drinks while her “team” does their own thing. (Terrible culture)
Until finally after 5+ mins of standing there, I was asked if I’m waiting for something.
I mean obviously…
If a customer is standing waiting patiently for you, you should say something.
No apologies for the wait.
Obviously as stated in other reviews here this is an ongoing issue with the staff. Hopefully it’s fixed in the future with new staff.
I’d avoid this location at all costs.
