There were three people working the evening of August 23, 2024. Absolutely zero customer service skills among the two women and one man working here. I come to place my order as I do DAILY. I don’t normally come to this specific location but I happened to be here after a day at Wonderland. I spend more than $150 on Starbucks monthly and I’m the ignorant one that keeps on going to give them my money. I cannot accept how rude these people are to paying customers.
I have never experienced such disrespect and attitude from an employee at this franchise. If you hate your job or its customers, get a different job!

When I went to the Starbucks at a different location, the guy at the counter was extremely rude and irritated with me. I was having a very emotional day and I wanted to feel better. In the hope of getting a better outcome from this Starbucks, I decided to come to here. There was an incredible amount of respect and kindness shown by the guy at the counter. I would definitely recommend visiting this Starbucks.

my girlfriend ordered a drink and we waited 20 minutes and ended up asking them to make it. We constantly reminded them that we would miss our bus but, they kept laughing and ignored us.
