amazing restaurant and excellent workers. love the barista dynamic as they are all very friendly and kind. please don’t listen to the bad reviews by customers upset that they could not recieve a free water cup. this is a policy set by THE PARK so it is beyond the barista’s control - they are just following the rules. if it upsets you that much, address wonderland corporation-don’t take it out on the poor baristas

Out of all the Starbucks in the world, this definitely has to be the worst one. I'd give this place a 0 if I could - worst experience ever. It was completely unsanitary and filthy. The workers had no idea what they were doing at all as they were incredibly slow and clueless. I waited for over 30 minutes for my coffee, along with many other customers. There were multiple empty cups with the names of people that had ordered a long time ago but no one was dealing with any of them. Instead, they were socializing with each other. When I asked one of the workers to check on my order, he rudely glared at me and refused to make my drink. I ended up leaving the place frustrated and unsatisfied.
