This Starbucks location somehow managed to mess up 2/2 drinks I ordered this morning. I asked for oat milk and got regular milk instead, resulting in me not able to drink my coffee. My boyfriend got a BLACK COFFEE AND IT WAS STILL MESSED UP. There were coffee grounds in his coffee!!! When I complained online I was told I could taste the drinks while I’m there and ask for it to be remade, I got both the drinks in the drive thru on my way to work and one of the drinks wasn’t even for me so that really is not realistic. When I expressed that I was upset about the situation, the online representative told me that they hope the Christmas season brings me joy.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to: not only did I wait 32 minutes for my order (there’s was a 2-5 minute line-up) they made my entire order wrong and then persisted I take what was made for me and if I just “let it go” they will give me a refund! So basically extorted into what “keep the line going”

amazing restaurant and excellent workers. love the barista dynamic as they are all very friendly and kind. please don’t listen to the bad reviews by customers upset that they could not recieve a free water cup. this is a policy set by THE PARK so it is beyond the barista’s control - they are just following the rules. if it upsets you that much, address wonderland corporation-don’t take it out on the poor baristas

Out of all the Starbucks in the world, this definitely has to be the worst one. I'd give this place a 0 if I could - worst experience ever. It was completely unsanitary and filthy. The workers had no idea what they were doing at all as they were incredibly slow and clueless. I waited for over 30 minutes for my coffee, along with many other customers. There were multiple empty cups with the names of people that had ordered a long time ago but no one was dealing with any of them. Instead, they were socializing with each other. When I asked one of the workers to check on my order, he rudely glared at me and refused to make my drink. I ended up leaving the place frustrated and unsatisfied.
