This is worst subway ever I saw in Canada, Rude customer service and they are looters. They feel they are giving free food, not sure why Canada Wonderland is entertaining them even with so much bad comments and ratings. This subway is trying to increase there profit margin by reducing the expense of not giving cookies, chips or all vegetable topping to the customer by saying they are out of stock. Always they have shortage of most of the vegetables or cookies or chips and less employees, the customer service is rude and says if u don’t want you can leave. They don’t honour the customer, they don’t give the food as per the meal plans to customer. Always want to make increase their profit margin

Scamming customers with meal plans. See photo of my lunch time around noon and them refusing my meal redemption aafter 5:20PM. They claimed I last ate at 3pm.
Dietary restrictions: Good for diets. The service is so bad you won’t want to eat anymore or be able to get the food you paid for.
Kid-friendliness: Poor service. Don’t bring your kids, they’ll learn rude behaviour from the staff.

The staff Bikramjeet has a very bad attitude. I ordered a 6” veggie delight. Bikramjeet was making my sandwich, he touched meat with the same gloves for my order too and when I asked him to change the gloves because he touched meat, he gave me an attitude and said cheese was prepared with meat gloves so doesn’t matter if I changed my gloves. I said it’s also doesn’t matter but still you should change your gloves for making vaggie sandwiches because you first you made meat sandwiches. He got angry and said I am not making your sandwich, do what ever you want. I am not giving you, your order. He also fight with other customers before us and after us. Even other people also did complaint about him at guest service. Bikramjeet is the worst guy I have ever seen in any Subway.

Everything is so bad. They are so slow. I’ve been waiting for 30 mins for my food and I still haven’t got it. Everyone’s food was just piled up on the counter and the workers were too busy doing other things. The workers were yelling at us because they couldn’t hear us over their own chatter. They claimed that we had numbered orders and were calling out random numbers but they didn’t even give us any. Don’t come here.
The workers here are the rudest people in the entire world, they always are smashing my sandwich down. It's almost flat. I asked for a cookie and she literally clump crumbled it up into the back. It was in like 1000 pieces. The line was 100 miles for 20 was cold and taste terrible I think I saw mould growing on one of the bread too, this is unacceptable

Terrible subway. Slow service and nasty toppings. Bread tasted old / stale. All toppings were soggy and mostly tasteless. $25 for a footlong is insane.
