If you are in dining plan they force you on limited menu.after a line for 45 min. I surprised by this limited menu.
I asked why there is no chicken sandwich on the list as my girls do not like other options. The answer from cashier girl was because it is expensive!!!
Not a good choice for dinning plan.

Service was terrible! Workers were rude, and they lied. I ordered a sub from subway with a dining pass and I scanned the pass and they gave me a receipt, then I went to pick up the sub but they said I couldn’t because I had never ordered. Which was a lie because I had the receipt in my hand so I assumed they maybe forgot so I reminded them and showed them the receipt but they still insisted so then the workers started yelling and screaming at me which is outrageous and super rude. I got the customer service and the woman working at customer service told them that we had proof we had the receipt but they still insisted I never ordered. I would give them negative stars if I could, they do NOT deserve the 1 star. The 1 star is being generous. I will never order from here again! Watch out for these liars.

This lady denied serving me with my family because I complain they’re trying to separate us as a family, as we watched them service other families together. We waited 40 minutes and I left without getting my food. I’m a paying and I don’t need to be treated that way.

Rude. Rude. One selection of cheese. No bags available. They cross contaminated twice in front of me and genuinely a sad representation of customer service

Had absolutely no gluten free options as advertised. Employees were unhelpful and frankly rude.

Complaining about this subway feels like bullying a child but on god it sucks. We ordered a foot long and not only was it cut terrible (~40/60) but it was THIRTY DOLLARS. I'm not the kind to complain about how expensive everything is nowadays (even though it is) but $30 for a footlong is actually ridiculous.

Unhygienic and very poor staff attitude. One worker accidentally cut herself while cutting open the footlong bread and left to treat her injury. While there is nothing to blame for a workplace accident, her coworker was very unhygienic.

My friend asked for a meatball footlong, and when the workers made the switch, she went right to using the original bread that her coworker left. We saw that the original bread had blood on it, and asked her to cut the bloody bread off first, but then asked her to switch to a new bread entirely. She had very poor attitude when making this switch. Even though she didn’t outwardly express her annoyance, her body language was clearly irritated. She then used the same knife that had blood on it to cut open the new bread, and proceeded to scoop the meatballs that were on the original bread onto the new bread. When another customer behind us in line saw what we were talking about with the worker, she asked the worker to change her gloves after, which was also met with an annoyed “yes, later”. No refunds were offered, or any sort of apology. He still paid $28 for this frankly potentially bio hazardous sub. Overall very unpleasant experience, and if my friend gets sick from this experience, we will be demanding compensation.

They don't listen to the people placing the order. They claim to give you chicken on your subway and they don't. They're stingy and when you ask they don't even give it to you. I think they're taking advantage of the location and not giving customers what they want. Terrible on the name of this franchise

All of the workers were very disrespectful, for 2 subs it was $56 and the size of the sub was terrible they either need to shut down or hire new workers

Total rip-off. We paid almost $70 for two 6 inch gluten free subs, chips and a drink. The subs were stale and there was little to no filling in them. I understand that there are additional costs in running a franchise in an amusement park, but this was just insanely overpriced, especially when they have such a captive market. Will never visit again and would strongly urge others to look at outside options.

Wow the employees suck here, i wonder if they just hire anybody these days, the girl threw all the toppings on my sub like she hated her job. No respect for her self or my sub 🤣

My son typically asks to go to Subway and I oblige. Attended the Subway location inside of Wonderland and had a poor experience. Bread was dry and serviced was slow. Not only that, everything was double the price. Cheapest 6 inch sub was $16. Why does Subway feel like ripping people is acceptable? Why does it need to be double the cost, just because it's in an amusement park? Everything These days is to make maximum profit with sub par service. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I will no longer support Subway.
