Me and my friend both got food poisoning from here the cashier must have been on crack said that a dish with and without chicken were both the same price even just plain rice.

I am pleased to give a 5-star rating to Thai Express for their excellent service. The restaurant is impeccably clean, the food is delicious, particularly the chili, and there is ample parking. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming. Kudos to Thai Express for assembling such a great team, including the two cook Thi and Diraj as well as the cash Sowon.

Picked up the Thai soup with chicken and so soulfully delicious. The kids loved the (Veg and Chicken) Basil Fried rice as it was well made and very flavourful. The place was quiet and the dine in was just a great feeling. The service was perfect and quick. Will be back many times over to this place for sure. Great Thai food.

I have tried almost EVERY thai express location you can think of in Ontario (in GTA and outside of GTA) as well as Quebec and I have to say, this is by far the BEST location.The food is always amazing with enormous amount of portion, always freshly made so quickly right in front of you, sometimes it takes only ONE MINUTE?!I have been coming here for over three years now and the consistency is unmatched.The interior is clean and open, with amazing kind staff. I probably go here at least once a week and it is a family favourite!They also prioritize dietary restrictions so my friend who is gluten free and my fiance who is vegan can also enjoy the food as much as I do without a single worry.If you want great food with great customer service from the sweetest staff, this is your sign to try the place out!Side note: I used to hate tofu but they deep fry their tofu and it is like a pillow and soaks up the sauce and so juicy, it is honestly the best thing EVER. Don't hate it until you try it ;)

Was coming here for roughly two years and after seeing an inappropriate action caused by a customer, I felt the need and urge to finally leave my first review.

The food was exceptionally well prepared, the environment was family-friendly with TV’s on both walls to keep yourself entertained. I was here on Saturday, March 2nd 2024. I had ordered myself a Pad Thai and it was made to my liking and exceptional.

The fellow person’s review I am bashing is due to the negligence and lies he is spreading. Although he may have found hair, whether it was the employee’s or even his, the way he over exaggerated his “devious” acts was not acceptable. There were other customers in line who were disgusted by his behaviour, as to how he has demanded “FREE FOOD” for the rest of his life at this location. Another poor female employee was trying her best to resolve this situation without escalating any further means by offering him a refund and replacing his food, yet regardless all of that, he even went as far as threatening to have the entire restaurant searched for “unprofessional courtesy.”

Another thing was, he made disgusting gestures to provoke the employees by “gagging” indicating he threw up after finding a hair that didn’t even match a single employee’s hairstyle.

Some ignorance of people these days.

That aside, I highly suggest coming to this Thai Express as I have mentioned, they take great care of their customers and provide excellent service. I have no idea what this guy was ranting about, but if you want DELICIOUS Thai Express, this location beats everywhere else

Dietary restrictions: Asked them to remove oil and reduce the amount of sauce used.

Kid-friendliness: Baby stools, comfortable sofas and tvs!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible, chairs and tables are detached indicating they can be moved around to seat wheelchair customers.

I've been for a few a few years now and have been a customer for a while. Today I ordered a meal and I was eating a meal. I pulled out a piece of hair from my food. I went to inform the employee at the front, and I as I was walking towards her, I had to run the bathroom to I threw up. As I returned, I was met with an employee unwilling to both understand my situation and who then proceeded to joke to another customer about how many free meals to give me. I'm deeply disappointed about how they decided to handle the situation. I will never be a customer here again. Good luck.

Very nice and clean place. The workers are very kind and welcoming. The food is surprisingly big in portion, don't get fooled by the takeout box. 100% recommend if you're in the mood for some pad thai or fried rice.

I saw a nice bowl pic called shak a bowl and asked about it , they told me its an stir fry bowl,ordered at store, what i got ,uncooked shredded cabbage & lettuce & carrots , then on the top about 1 spoon of vermicelli 1 spoon of meat, no seasoning noting i paid for extra vermicelli and paid $21 total but got nothing , ??????is it a kind of salad ???
