Don’t order from this bakery through “too good to go”. Received 2 bags of mouldy pretzels today. I understand the app is for food left at the end of the day, but this is a health & safety concern and I am still paying for this service. Please at least check what you’re giving to your customers.

Not the friendliest or most welcoming employees. In fact, I often find the workers sitting at a table and seem surprised when I, a customer, enters. Their mood doesn’t improve once I tell them I’m there for a Too Good to Go. The pretzels and items I get are tasty for sure, but I must say I don’t enjoy the way I feel when I leave (and this us based on at least 10 pickups)

This place is a total scam. They use AI-generated photos to advertise food that looks nothing like what they actually serve, not even their own baked goods. The “pretzel dough” was clearly frozen, not made in-house, and reheated in a microwave until it was cold, hard, and tasteless. Nothing fresh about it whatsoever.

To make things worse, the staff were unbelievably rude and showed zero regard for hygiene. I watched them handle food with bare hands, no gloves, no handwashing, nothing. It’s genuinely concerning how careless they were.

Save yourself the disappointment (and maybe a stomachache). Go literally anywhere else.

Recently purchased a few items from That Pretzel Dough at Humber Bay market. Unfortunately, the focaccia I bought on Saturday morning went moldy by Monday. Though I appreciate there are no preservatives in their products, I think customers should be informed of shelf life and proper storing techniques. Had I known, I maybe wouldn’t have had to throw half of it out.

This bakery has become my go-to spot for just about everything! I stop by regularly for my morning breakfast runs..the coffee is always fresh and the pastries are the perfect start to the day. Beyond that, it’s my first choice for family celebrations and thoughtful gifts. Their cakes are always a hit, beautifully made and delicious, and the team is so helpful with recommendations. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the quality never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone looking for everyday treats or something special to share with loved ones!

I tried the Belgian chocolate bar with pistachios and kanafeh. The bar was beyond delicious and smooth. It was the perfect blend of the two ingredients which I had never experienced before. LOVED IT.

I was really looking forward to trying their chocolate, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I had asked about the product and was told it was tempered and similar in quality to other bars I’ve purchased elsewhere. However, when I broke into the bar, it did not have the consistency or smoothness of a tempered product. it broke and felt more like a cheaper style of chocolate.

I also bought a pistachio and kanafeh bar, expecting the flavors to be mixed together as other brands do. Instead, it was one solid layer of kanafeh and one solid layer of pistachio, which was not what I was told. When I asked, the explanation kept changing, and I felt my concerns were dismissed.

For the price I paid and the size of the bar, I expected higher quality and consistency. If you’re looking for well-tempered chocolate with properly mixed flavors, I would recommend looking elsewhere. If you don’t mind uneven layering and a less refined finish, then this might work for you.
