I went in before work to get my usual ice cap and farmer breakfast biscuit, The lady was extremely disrespectful and was tossing everything from customers around. Threw my sandwich on the counter and it got messed up.

Didn't give me me a straw and when I asked she threw it at me, and my 2 chocolate glazed donuts she stole from me as I haven't recieved a refund.

It was the slowest service I have ever experienced at a time Hortons and being 20 minutes early according to GPS the wait inevitably made us 2 minutes late instead of early.

Zero respect for customers
Zero sense of urgency
Intentionally working slow because of job hate
Arguing with other customers and staff
Made my order wrong and I did t have another 25 minutes for them to switch from a rap to a biscuit
Stole items
Charged for items never bought.

The heavy set brown lady was the one who was being disrespectful and doing the over charging and taking donuts

This place needs to be overlooked and ne
eds different staff and maybe looked at from health and safety for the legality of how much menthol/isopropyl can be left in the machine when improperly cleaning as the ice caps recently have tasted like rotten cream and cleaning supplies

Waited in drive thru line for 11 minutes after my order was taken. Finally got to window $2,30 for a medium coffee wow. I only had $2.25 in coin and had to pay with a $20 bill. Cashier was not at all friendly but more abrupt. Short changed me $5 and made it seem like I did something wrong. Then noticed after I pulled away I was shorted .05 when I looked at the coin.
This drive thru kiosk is a poor reflection of the Tim Hortons brand.

For the drive-thru portion of this location, the food is has a different quality everyday hash browns too hard or soggy. Half of the time you do not receive the food item your ordered. I personally went to this location Monday-Friday for almost a year. Ordered the Same items for 2 months at a time and never had a consistent price, the price varies by who was operating the window. The one lady always was very kind to me and served with a smile but somehow was up to 3 dollars higher on price than the previous day for the same order. The convenience no longer out weighed the inconsistency so I no longer purchase from this location. Good luck to Tim Hortons… I can’t see how this brand will last the next 10 years without a serious over hall of quality of staff and management.

The representative named Jay was not good at all. I don’t even want to give 1 star to his customer service. At drive through he event didn’t greeted nor talked to us nicely. We had yo turn back to grab paper napkins and ketchup. Worst experience at this place so far.

Tim Hortons your service sucks ,spent 50$ on food only to receive cold food .service is atrocious. Tim Hortons please provide proper food preparation and customer service training .there once was a time where you were greeted at Tim Hortons with a friendly face.I guess those days are over

This Tim Hortons has a sign that the order will be faster through mobile or kiosk however I found that that is quite the opposite. I saw my order number was 2nd in queue and I only have one item in my order however while waiting I noticed that customers who lined up at the cashier was getting served first, went through maybe 6 people before an employee noticed that i was waiting for an order. He wasn’t exactly sure of what I ordered too that I hard to repeat what it was. The system is broken, and if I knew, I would’ve just ordered through the cashier. If you’re in a rush, it’s better to just line up at the cashier.

Parking: There is plenty of parking spaces available in the parking lot.

For over six dollars and I still I got it with no sugar and it's quite dark.No one knows how to make a coffee at timmy's anymore
