Came to get a coffee and a simply sausage on a croissant. I asked for it grilled. She kept talking over me so I couldn’t even order and then when I pulled up to the drive thru I noticed she put egg in my sandwich. I told her there’s egg in here and I can’t have egg and SHE SCRAPED IT OFF and gave it back. I needed to be hospitalized because she scraped the egg off instead of remaking it. They were in a rush for absolutely no reason the drive thru was dead so early in the morning. The lady working the drive thru was so rude she wouldn’t even let me speak I had to just drive away. And we had around $50 of order to go through so it was a lot

It seems like no matter how many times you leave a bad review, they do nothing!! Stop saying to report to guest service. The owner of this restaurant and the manager here are both irresponsible! When there is a bad review, the owner yells at the manager and that manager yells at the employees. Stop hiring bad people. Even kids can manage a place better.

Terrible service. The lady at the window spilled hot coffee on my hand because she was rushing....this happened multiple times. Never got my order right. I had to find a different store on my way to work. This is completely unacceptable. How are they not seeing these reviews and improving the service?

It's always a strange experience here. You tell them your order, they repeat something entirely different.

If you're walking in, you'll be ignored completely.

Or better than that, you'll tell them your order and some lady behind will repeat it in another language for them to understand.

I wish I could give this place a zero.

Line was very long. I ordered a large steeped tea with a donut. The donut was ok, but the tea was awful. The tea was so strong and tasted like it had been steeped for hours. I couldn't even drink it, it was so bad.

Today I visited Tim Hortons and purchased a coffee and a muffin (hazelnut flavor). After that, I politely asked the staff for a survey code so I could get a coffee for my friend. Unfortunately, the staff member refused in a very rude manner. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. I don’t feel like visiting this location again.

Workers are very rude, yelling at customers in drive through getting orders wrong and telling people to hurry up when they pay. Keep in mind we didn’t take long to order or even drive up with nobody in the drive through line
