I would give 0 stars but I can't. This Tim Hortons is absolutely filthy and I'd advise anyone visiting not to order ANY FOOD. I stood there for a good 5 mins to order a coffee, and witnessed with my own eyes one of the main ladies making food and handling cash, wearing the same gloves handling cash, then went to prepare and handle someone's food. On top of that one of the employees that handles food/prepares it came from the back (wearing gloves) walk out the front door took and look out and returned still with the same gloves on and continued with business. Someone needs to train them that those gloves are for hygiene and cleanliness for the food, and not for the sake of their hands. Absolutely disgusting and filthy. Who knows what else they touch with those gloves and then continue handling food. This place needs to be shut down for improper food handling.Another thing I've noticed on numerous occasions donuts and muffins dropped at the bottom of the display cabinet (which is a disaster) I'm sure what, they just throw it back with the other donuts and muffins, wouldn't be surprised.Clearly your staff think that the gloves they wear are for their hands and not the food being touched and prepped.HERE'S A RESPONSE TO THE OWNER SINCE I CAN'T SEE THAT I CAN RESPOND ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!No I will not waste my time, you contact Tim Hortons client care, train your staff, thank you!!!!

The reason im giving the location 1star , I only take my coffee with almonds milk and every time I go to this location they are like we don’t have almonds milk and they offering me if could take my coffee with regular Milk .hope some from higher management see this comment .

I know this is minor but I’m genuinely surprised I have to ask to have my bagel cut in half - is that not standard?When toasted it doesn’t seem like it and tastes like dough, when double toasted it’s burnt.Also the “real eggs” are really gross (but that’s not the fault of this location)

Hands down the worst tim hortons in all of Maple. They can NEVER get anything right. You're not worth the minimum wage you're paid.

Rushing you and taking the order wrong multiple times and multiple people. The egg was blue, and it tasted like they put a different seasoning on it.

I ordered coffee and hashbrown.I waited for the coffee on the right side. Then the lady told me to go to the left side and ask for my hashbrown.They were obviously very busy, but I was told to ask so I asked.The person obviously snapped because they're busy.The front staff should communicate on my behalf about the food.... being lazy and to tell me to just ask the staff making the food when there's a big queue was just a recipe for me to get snapped at.
