Not a horrible location. Very understaffed and management needs to fix that. This causes orders to be wrong and customer complaints are very frequent at this location. I feel bad for some of the employees as they always seemed stressed out

Im a regular customer at this time hortons and the guy guy at the counter told me to wait in parking lot so they can brew a fresh cup and he said he would bring it out to me...which is fine....but then instead of bringing me the coffee he yells from the drive through window at me to come back around through the drive through to grab it....I must say I dont expect excellent customer service but tim hortons has to do better because this is tarnishing a great canadian icon store....will avoid this store

Was just at this location watched a Chinese man pick up timbits that had fallen out of trays and used his hands no gloves or papers in his hand and put them back on shelf
You need to train him properly

I rarely write reviews, but this experience at Tim Hortons was absolutely unacceptable. The server at this location was ignoring me half the time I was at the counter and, out of nowhere, started yelling at me for no reason. I was shocked and completely disrespected. When I tried to ask other employees for her name so I could report this properly, they were unhelpful and dismissive. The level of unprofessionalism and hostility I encountered is beyond belief. I will never return to this location and urge others to think twice before visiting. Management needs serious retraining on customer service.

Visiting Tim Hortons should be a simple, everyday experience: grab a coffee, maybe a snack, and go on with your day. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this location was anything but ordinary—it was a complete nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that chaos ruled this establishment. The floors were sticky, tables were covered in crumbs, and trash bins were overflowing. It was the kind of mess that makes you wonder if anyone here has even heard the word “cleanliness.”

But the real disaster began at the counter. The server, instead of greeting me or taking my order, was yelling at another employee across the room. I waited patiently, hoping to be acknowledged, but was completely ignored for several minutes. When I finally tried to get their attention, they snapped at me as if I had personally caused the chaos, their tone so hostile it left me stunned. My simple order—a coffee and a sandwich—turned into an ordeal. The coffee arrived cold, the sandwich was missing half the ingredients, and when I pointed it out, there was no apology, no offer to fix it—just indifference.

Meanwhile, other staff members simply watched the scene unfold, chatting among themselves and doing nothing to help. Management was nowhere to be seen, leaving customers to navigate this storm of incompetence and rudeness on their own. It was impossible not to feel disrespected, ignored, and completely unwelcome.

This experience was more than just poor service; it was a full-on assault on basic customer decency. I left the store frustrated, angry, and astonished that a national chain could allow this level of chaos and hostility. I cannot stress enough: avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs. Unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience in a café of utter incompetence, find somewhere else to spend your money. This visit was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer experiences of my life.
All the workers who were acting up and being rude were indain.

This Tim Hortons was a nightmare from start to finish. I walked in and the place was a complete mess—tables sticky, trash overflowing, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. I waited in line for over ten minutes while the staff seemed to be more interested in gossiping with each other than serving customers. When I finally got to the counter, the worker slammed my order down like I had personally offended them and muttered something under their breath as I walked away. To make matters worse, my coffee was cold, my sandwich was missing half the ingredients, and no one even apologized. Honestly, I’ve had better service at a gas station convenience store. Avoid this place unless you enjoy chaos and being treated like an inconvenience.

The worst customer service when you wanna order in the drive-thru they are language and talking their own language with each other. They don't care about you and make fun of customers as well at the drive-thru
