slow service inside. employees see you waiting to order but ignore you, waited 10 minutes just to order on multiple occasions. in the drive thru they reach their hand out the window to tell you to wait before pulling up, which is not something I've experienced before. I assume its to make themselves seem productive on paper.

Issues with the drive thru wait time. Been told to circle back twice because food not ready.
Told to stop half way before the window. To preserve or stop the serve timer they have.
Does not seem to coordinate well with drive thru order takers where both are speaking at the same time and both taking order of same customer. Causes confusion and wrong order being given.
Needs to review the processes with the drive thru employees.
Recommended dishes: Chicken Habanero Loaded Wrap

I have been there many times but recently I don’t know why they don’t care about customers inside and they try to serve just drive thru. This is in sane, I decided not to go there anymore. I ordered sandwiches and coffee. I got my coffee immediately but I waited for my sandwiches for 10 minutes and our coffee were completely cold but still no sandwiches however I counted they served more than 20 car in drive thru. At the end, I returned my coffee and told I don’t want any sandwiches anymore as our coffee is cold. And no one was before us that I can tell they had to serve them first. The worst experience in Tim Hortons as we are going to Tim Hortons many times in a week.

Horrible place. Used to be amazing a few years ago. When you place an order at the drive thru, because they have a time they ask you to drive around the drive thru again so they can get your order ready. Are you serious!!!!!! I will be putting a formal complaint at the head office since I was forced to by the gentleman at the window. Disgusting probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Also, instead of laughing and fooling around in front of customers, try having respect for Your customers. Avoid this place. Go to the McDonald’s instead.

This location of Tim Hortons is exceptional! For sure has a fantastic Management and employees. Always, is clean, foods are fresh, wonderful service, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Any cookies, Donuts and the rest inside the display is well prepared, No extra sugar on them and looks like a high-end pastry store!!! Thanks to all crews! Hopefully, it will stay like this forever and other branches learn something from these guys!

I waited to order in front of counter, one customer service lady saw me but disregard me working her own thing and never say "hold on". So, I asked her "do you take order?" And she replied that "yes, but I am busy ~~~~~" while she and her co workers laughed a lot as showing that you are nothing and you need to wait all the way until I am redlady for you. What ridiculous customer service is this? So bad customer service. They are there to serve. But they embarrassed me in the way of laughing at me.
