This Tim Hortons location at Wonderland is honestly one of the best I’ve visited. The service is fast, the employees are friendly and they really take care of their customers. I ordered a steeped tea and a bagel both came out fresh and exactly how I wanted. The atmosphere is calm and the staff always greet with a smile it makes such a difference in starting the day right.

I love coming to this Tim Hortons at Wonderland! The staff are always so polite and quick with orders. The coffee is always fresh, and the place is clean and welcoming. A great spot to grab my morning coffee before work.

I’m beyond disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. While simply asking for the flavor of a Quencher, the staff member, Paramveer, laughed at us as if we didn’t know anything. It wasn’t just unhelpful—it was outright disrespectful. We work for a reputable company where we constantly interact with customers and students, and we would never treat anyone like this. The way Paramveer acted reflects poorly not just on the store, but also on his own professionalism. As someone from the same cultural background, I find it even more embarrassing when this kind of behavior is displayed. It’s important to remember where you come from and how to treat others with respect. This experience was a shame and completely unacceptable. We won’t be coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Paramveer was extremely rude and didn’t listen properly to our order. We were incorrectly charged for six coffees, and the quality of the coffee was terrible. On top of that, the customer service was nonexistent—no attention was given to us at all.
I work at the airport, where service is usually much better, so I was shocked by how poorly customers are treated here. It felt like they were just making drinks however they wanted, without any care or regard for the customer. This is by far the most disrespectful restaurant location I’ve ever visited.
I’ll be sending this feedback directly to headquarters because it’s unacceptable for customers to be treated this way. It honestly felt like they thought we were fools.Not excepted from a well known restaurant.

Absolutely shit coffee they gave me, requested some additional items and I got none with really high charges. People working in there looks they don’t care or don’t the hospitality and food handling. Everyone just speaking their own languages that’s how I wonder other guests feel like not included.
