I recently visited Tim Horton in Canada wonderland and was looking forward to a great experience. Unfortunately, I was met with an unexpectedly disrespectful interaction with a member of the staff. She is one of the Punjabi girl who has no manner that how to serve the food to the client. She was very rude. I shocked when I saw her behaviour. I think if you can’t work then you should have to leave that job.
The lack of courtesy left me feeling undervalued as a customer, which overshadowed the quality of the food/service that I had expected. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but a respectful and friendly attitude is essential, especially in customer service.
I hope management can address this to ensure a positive experience for future guests. Thank you.

The staffs are so horrible. 22 august,2024 approximate time 4.15pm,my friends and I ordered coffees and the way in which the staff served the coffees were so rudley . I don't know what's there problem. Moreover ,the coffees were also bad.

Worst experience. Firstly staff name Anastasia was very very rude. I work in a restaurant and I know how we should treat a costumer. And second thing, we found a dead fly on turkey bacon. I don’t know what else to say. Improve guys

Rating food as 4 stars, because its the same everywhere but service here is pathetic. They are so uninterested in serving that they give a chai tea with lid not even tied properly that it spilled all over and burnt the hand. No nice interaction at all!!! Need to learn customer service. We underatand that they are tired of working whole day but we are also patiently waiting so we don’t deserve this kind of service. Especially the guy named godwin is really not good at serving and taking orders. Please take this review in note. Thanks
