Those working there had on a bored and closed off expression on their faces and the atmosphere felt heavy. The drink that I ordered took a really long time to get ready and they were slightly rude to each other when asking why it took so long. I felt a little guilty to be the one waiting for it.

Bad experience order large they give medium. The manager was working yesterday night with staff and told us they couldn't give us large hot chocolate, I saw people leaving with hot chocolate but they said no, and still charged me for large hot chocolate, when we said something about the charges cashier was speaking very low Made us wait 5m for a sleeve. Cashier and manager looked like they didn't even want to work. Everyone was wearing their uniform except for both of them, and they were making fun of people.

It was truly bad experience in this store, last Sunday we ordered DD and I asked for a sleeve, and no one respone to me even here is 4-5 staff standing there with doing nothing...and I have to ask loudly again, then the manager named Ashikaa (African lady) let a staff to tell me that they don't have any sleeve and double cup only provide for black coffee/ tea. and I said I still feel very hot and if I get burn from that DD, and she said I was too loud and she won't serve me...actully here is not that many ppl during that time, and she just pretend super busy and don't want to respond me! I really don't understand how hard to give a extra cup to a customer with nomal attitude? what would you do if I really got burned? which one cost more?Hope the owner can read these reviews about who is ruining your business. nothing is unique and irreplaceable!!

We came to this location with our 2 year old daughter and ordered 3 bagels toasted with butter around 12 noon and the lady we noticed burnt all of them really bad. My wife and I asked for just the one for our daughter to be made again as she can choke on it and would not eat it but the lady making all the food was really mean looking and giving very mean looks to us, They need to be trained and show great customer service like all other tim horton locations have as an requirement to be hired. I should have asked her to make all of them again if I had known she would be very disrespectful towards us and not even say I am sorry for this mistake I'll fix it for you and make us feel welcomed.I also really don't like how they do not slice their bagels in half the week prior I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and was not sliced I can't believe how customers get treated at this specific location at wonderland. My wife did not want to make them more upset so she had the burnt bagel but in my opinion the lady should feel really embarrassed at the service she was giving/providing us mean stares say alot as well not just verbal.Kid-friendliness: The Lady gave a mean stare at us and our daughter when we asked for only the 1 out of three badly burned bagles to be made again. I know other tim horton locations require you to not be mean and act friendly to children especially at a location where lots of kids our present . Our 2 year old daughter even said " mean Lady " to us on the way out she knows what was happening

Ordered single drink ice cupp, waited over 20 mins and finally we ask the staffs, the manager, African looking lady, maybe manager, she got mad and yell to customer ask to go to another location, never come back. The manager not only displayed a complete lack of professionalism but also had the audacity to yell at a customer. It was shocking and embarrassing to witness such behavior in a place that is supposed to provide a welcoming and friendly environment. Instead of taking responsibility for the rude behavior, the manager African lady made flimsy excuses about the shop's busy location and young staff. understand that working at a busy location can be challenging, but it is the responsibility of the management to ensure that their staff is adequately trained and supported. It is not an excuse to mistreat customers or make them feel unwelcome.

I am Riyaz. I went to there i ordered and small french vanilla and two double double, they said we don’t serve small only mediumThen my wife was extremely thirsty i said we wanna buy water they don’t have it then we asked normal tapped water they said they don’t serve me, and furthermore i ordered two double double and one french vanilla then one cheese croissant warmed up.They serve only one fv and one DD and one cheese croissant very cold, i told them you don’t serve water you don’t serve coffee and can you warmed up they are angry then another lady jumped on me and said i am nice woman and you talking badI said mam can you make it hot or no she refused and told me get back your money i will not serve cheeses croissant to you and refund me money after that she give to my frnd DDIn my life i never feel bad about Tim HortonsI am thinking need to change my preferences.The staff was very rude no cooperative.Canada is cooperative country with cooperative understanding people…I am really sad and tell you thisThis is not gonna work out …..

hi im cess, i went this tim hortons in canada wonderland, i ordered coffee from them and that manager and that 1 staff there are really not good working staffs they are really rude people, i don't know?! as i know if you are a manager or a staff or whatever, you should serve well for your customer at least. me myself, I was a staff in a store as well, but if i have an angry or upset customer i'm trying my best to make my customer calm or give them best that i could.,but this bad customer service is not acceptable they gave more problem to their customer bad experienced really!! shout out again for that manager and 1 looks African woman. omg!

The crew was very rude and non supportive even the food wasn’t hot and fresh. Being a single location in wonderland it wasn’t good place to visit. Don’t ever go there.
