First time at this place. We walked in and waited to be seated outside where there were several available tables. A girl told us to go out so we did. The guy outside started yelling at us “who told you to come outside”. We said the girl inside did. Instead of changing his tone and apologizing for his terrible reaction he was still yelling that she shouldn’t have told us. We left and will never come back.

Great bagels! We build sandwich at home with the bagels. We buy them and put on strawberry jelly, peanut butter, pesto sauce, or cheese.

Very convenient location with free parking, Longos, Shoppers Drug mart, and many other stores on the plaza, friendly service, quite fast considering the weekend morning, many choices of freshly baked bagels.

I think this would be a fine place to get bagels and cream cheese but I wouldn't really recommend for dining in. The food was average and for the price ($20 for eggs Benedict) you would expect more than just a pile of home fries on your plate. The smoked salmon latke Benedict was yummy but the latkes were squishy and dense, not crispy and thin like latkes. The home fries were well seasoned, but like I said, it wasn't really good value. My bf got the early bird breakfast and tell me why it was $10 for a small pile of eggs, a bagel, and 5 slices of tomato and cucumber lol. Personally I would rather go to any other brunch place chain, like Sunset Grill or Cora's, over What a Bagel!

Hi
I was just behind this customer named Chirag. He is right the screen did not matched the terminal.it was a glitch and as a regular customer I know that this was not on every day screen. They were pretty demanding they asked manager to go check their choice of muffin though she told them they are out then they asked them to warmup the muffins and then they wanted there refunds and without any problem they did it.

Watch out for these guys! The pricing on the display screen is different than the payment terminal. *DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS* I'm unsure if this is intentional or not, but it was brought to the attention of their manager who simply shrugged and gave us a muffin. They should correct the pricing so that others don't get overcharged too! Hopefully they fix the problem and respond to this post. Thanks.
