Clean. A little pricey for bagels and honestly not that many bagel options. Cream cheese not even included with some. The taste of the bagels was grocery store quality, not what you would expect at a bagel shop with bagel in the name. Fine but wouldn't visit again.

We go into the room. Fresh baked goods are sold on the left There's a cafe on the right. Sooo everything is delicious. The only negative in the cafe is that instead of silence and music we hear the noise of the air conditioner, extractor hood and baking machine
The bagles here are always fresh! I love the layout of this place - how you grab your own bagel and they toast it / put what ever toppings you want on it for you. The prices are fair and the bagels are delicious.

Extremely unprofessional and horrible service. Can’t rate food because never received it. Sat around 40 minutes waiting for order until my wife asked where the food was. Turns out our order was lost so it was retaken and we were told by the waitress it will be rushed. 30 minutes later no food. Not only did the waitress hide this mistake from the kitchen and the manager, she lied to us about solving the problem. When we told her we want to cancel our order and leave, she twisted the story to make it look like we didn’t allow her to make it up despite waiting an hour and a half for bagels and salads….
