This is the worst A&W I’ve ever been to. They turn off the grill about an hour before they close so there are no burgers being made. If you come much later than that, they just run out and say “no beef”. They have no ice machine. The garbages make you roll everything into a tube shape to fit in the hole. The men’s room bathroom was clogged, and the girl behind the counter could not care less. Zero stars.

First time in Canada. I was hoping for a Canadian chain but the local branch was, busy.
This A&W was EXCELLENT. Clean dining room, friendly attentive staff, and my first experience with poutine was WONDERFUL. I don't know if A&W poutine is authentic, but it should be.
If you are local or traveling, definitely a reliable stop for food!

What they lack in quality, they make up for in consistency.
Got coffee and fries nearly every day for three weeks while my wife did a locum at the local clinic.
Never went inside. Drive through every time. Almost no wait.
Keep your expectations in check. It's a fast food restaurant.
Food & people are great. But the service is unfashionably slow. It is not unreasonable to say we wait at least 15 minutes every time we come
