ordered 3 subs online 2 without lettuce and one with lettuce. the one with lettuce tasted like literal garbage. it was obviously rotting. also the app said the food was ready but we still waited over 15 minutes in line

The employee was idle and hadn’t even begun preparing my order, despite there being no other customers in the store. It’s frustrating to go through the effort of ordering ahead only to find that it wasn’t prioritized. Solo worker was trying his best when we all came in to order, so I don’t blame him for the long wait time. Interior was much nicer than most American subways, and they had some cool unique things like Snackwiches and rice bowls. I reallyyyy liked the snackwiches - we def need them in the US. Great stop in marathon!

When I was trying to get extra lettuce, the man working said I could not get that, when I asked for extra cucumbers, I couldn't get that either. When I asked for a cookie he said since there was one cookie left I could not get one because then my food could not be a meal and he refused to let me have the cookie. He was also very rude and was being very impatient with me. He also had snot dripping from his nose into my food.... I am never one to complain or be a karen, but seriously. Your service is horrible.

This guys that was working put ham on my friends sub instead of chicken, i think that it was because he has an earbud in and couldn’t hear her.
Bread dry and hard, no veggie patty, no spinach, sandwich very salty. Indian female inattentive and clearly uncaring. Won't come here again. Worst Subway sandwiches my husband and I have ever eaten. Make businesses Canadian again.
