Arrogant personal. I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive-through, and nobody took my order. On top of that, the operator took orders from the adjacent lane before me. As a result, nobody said sorry and took my order. Highly don't recommend this place!

Isn't it awesome when you go in and there 4 people working drive thru, one person in the front. But noones at drive through, so you watch one person struggling with a line while the 4 others just stand around on the other side where the drive thru is...Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, and wheel chair toilets with weird auto door open and close and lock by waving

I feel it would’ve been more appropriate to tell the customer there wasn't any English muffins left, than to serve us this. On the mornings you just don’t want to make your own breakfast, you don’t expect the quality of one you pay for, to be this poor. I don’t often complain, but this was pretty disappointing.

Wont be back!!! From out of town and will use robins from now on when we come here. Manager is awful!! Made us feel like we were ordering too much food! Told me to call ahead next time- I'm from out of town and was passing through, how am I supposed to call ahead?? Was in drive through and she kept asking if we were done, so I went inside to order the rest and then she came up asking if there was a problem. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience! She is the problem!Ice capp machine down (because it wasnt cleaned!!) out of muffins, sandwiches were cold and bagels not toasted.. only tim hortons for hours and the manager is so the wrong choice- horrible customer service!

Stopped in and bought a lunch ( Bacon, Chicken, Ranch Wrap). The restaurant only had a few people in; the food was tasty and the cashier was pleasant.

I was given the worst service ever from this location. I ordered a large Ice latte . Nd there was no espresso in it nd it was made from cream . I went back and asked for mine remade and she said she would charge me again. I spent 6 dollars for nothing!!!!!!

As a former fast food employee I understand things go wrong. But my experience at this location was the worst ever. First time they didn't put sausage on two of my BELTS. Brought them back STILL no sausage. Brought it back again. STILL no sausage. THREE times no sausage. They then accused me of removing the sausage as I requested a refund. 45 mins, three times no sausage and I didn't get a full refund. Don't come to this place. Drive the extra hour.
