I really want to thank the person who served my daughter ice cream this weekend! The way we were treated has made a lifelong customer here! My 4 year old chose an ice cream flavour, we sat down at a table, after a minute she said that she didn't like the flavour she chose. Immediately, the person (I wish I knew their name) came out from behind the counter and told us we could choose a different scoop. That was just so nice! We will definitely be returning often this summer as a daddy/daughter outing! Thank you!

The food is good…however the girl who works the counter has up charged my order the last three times I have been in, she is also really quiet which makes it hard to understand what she is saying.I usually ask for an 8oz champ burger with the works and added bacon however she always up charges me for a banquet burger I don’t ever realize until I’m already in my car with my food reading over the receipt.

Walked in and was greeted immediately and asked if I was ready. I told her I wasn't and she told me she was there for any questions. I ordered a champ cheese and a fry and gravy. The lady at the front was smiling the entire time and was all around super sweet! The food is amazinnngggggggg!

My husband and I had grilled chicken sandwiches and we had to visit the restroom several times after our meal. I don’t think the staff is very well organized or possibly not properly trained. Our order arrived at the table without our fries, we observed many other tables with issues with their orders too. Seems they need to develop some kind of system among the staff.
Small fries with few sprinkles is $13 ? Terrible. Milkshake awful and we will not come again. Terrible overpriced. We will go next door.

We went to Champ Burger for milk shakes and onion rings.I’ve had the burgers here before, and they are excellent. I was hoping that the the shakes would up to that standard.For 7 dollars I thought that they would scoop ice cream and mix it like the traditional burger joints do.I was disappointed to get a shake from a machine that mixes syrup in with soft serve.The shake was so syrupy sweet, that we did not finish them.I spoke to the manager about this, and he was apologetic and said that it takes too much time for them to make them the traditional way.
