Both our burgers were rubber. We took a bite out of one but no one checked on us to see if the food was ok. Didn't receive any kids drinks with our kids meals. Mozzarella sticks were great. Overall not a place I would eat. Kids loved their hot chocolate though.

I got the Mushroom Swiss Melt with Onion Rings and both things were super delicious and satisfying. The onions rings were super crispy and the onion broke off with each delicious bite. These onions rings are the best I have ever tasted. Excellent service; very quick and very kind.

I disagree with the previous negative review. I also have a legitimate mask exemption. I went in today to pick up my order and yes they asked me if I had a mask, but they understood my mask exemption and did not give me any grief at all. People have to remember that all businesses have the fear of God put into them via the threatening of fines, so they are within their right to ask all customers if they have a mask. Once the customer advises of the mask exemption, they will leave you alone. As for the food, I've eaten there a few times and i've always enjoyed their food. Today I ordered a banquet burger with fries and it was exceptional!!! Also for those of you who are able to wear a mask, I encourage you to do so, please don't ruin it for those of us who have legitimate medical conditions!Addendum to my review above to respond to the owner's comments: This is simply not true. If you are in contact with someone who has tested positive for covid, the 14 day quarantine period would occur regardless if the customer was masked or not, meaning that the risk to the business remains the same regardless if an individual is masked or vaccinated. I encourage you to confirm these facts before making such statements.

You have to go here! Food is amazing. 3 alarm chicken sandwich, 3 alarm burger, fish and chips. The list goes on. Friendly staff and many flavours of ice cream at the counter for dessert. 5 stars all around!

If I could give a no start I would. Tonight was to be a good night out. And to give some help to the local restaurants but it didn't work out that goodFor 1 fire and ice do not acknowledge mask exemptions medical exemptions. I feel bad for anyone that has one that want to go out to get some food there. The second I stepped in the door the lady was all over me and didn't care I am exempted. I told her I was and she said we are not doing that here.For 2 we get the food ( mind you we should have just gone somewhere else and they can keep what we ordered) we get home with it and the Fry's or not even cooked they're just wimpy things that look like they came right into the fridge and the fish was barely cooked as well it was all wimpy to not crisp on the out sideFor 3 I also feel bad for the one employee who has asthma and is exempt from wearing a mass and is forced to wear one.Edit I have attached the public health Grey Bruce health unit poster stating that to be kind and respect exemptions. Proof of exemption is not required due to medical reasons. I should not have to wear a face shield or any other equipment due to this.

Service was horrible, staff was not understanding and Food was just okay. No one should have to be required to wear a face shield or other covering because of this, especially if you are already social distancing. Tried it for the first time. Had guest over , tried burgers, wraps, wings and a bunch of different sides. Food was ready fast and it was really good!!! Looking forward to trying other items
