Visited this tim hortons location after a long drive. Ordered habenaro chicken bowl & they forgot to put the chicken lol! Luckily, I was around and went back to complain. They fill it with chicken, obviously! But the customer service that I experienced was awful.

Today I wanted to try the steak loaded bowl, got up to the window to be told no steak. They offered two chicken option so i settled for the crispy chicken. I asked for a free donut, which they gave. Went home to find soo much sauce dropped in, then all the lettuce underneath was black. Sooo dissapointed!!

Waited for 15 mins for a small regular coffee. Too many staff catering to the drive through and not enough for the walk-ins. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Timmy's.
