We came on our last day of our cottage trip and wanted breakfast and we weren’t disappointed the food was quite good and the menu was easy to follow but we were mainly impressed by the kind service we got we were met with a smile and a welcome, our waitress was so sweet and fun to talk to and was very patient with us being indecisive about what we wanted to order and the fact that we were in such a large group was great. The food came out quick once we ordered and everything went smoothly!
For the owner and staff thank you again and we hope to be able to visit again soon!

Dry small burger patties amd dry buns. Given the prices, we were expecting larger burger patties. Canned mushrooms in their Swiss mushroom burger. The Swiss cheese lacked flavour. Friendly staff and owner. Was offered a free refill of coffee.

We love stopping at small-town restaurants, but this visit was a letdown.
When we arrived, the woman at the counter didn’t acknowledge us. I said hello, and without looking up, she said, “You can sit wherever you want.” I asked if we could sit outside, and she rolled her eyes before saying “sure,” which didn’t feel welcoming.
We chose this spot for the licensed patio, hoping to enjoy a Caesar with breakfast, but the server said she couldn’t make one because she didn’t have her Smart Serve. So I settled for a Coke.
I ordered the small breakfast, which turned out to be just French toast (tasting of onions, likely from a dirty pan) and three sad sausages. The menu was unclear, and the server admitted it was misleading — apparently the eggs were part of the meat choice, which makes no sense.
Poor service and disappointing food.

I ordered a cheese omelette for $17 ish and it was the most basic excuse for an omelette I’ve ever had. A couple of eggs and a slice of processed cheese somehow qualify for a $17 omelette Even the bread had been squashed and shouldn’t have been served, but I was hungry. The coffee was ok. The washroom was a mess and the place wasn’t busy so it should have been cleaned. That’s my first and last experience there. Waste of money

Popped in for lunch on our atv ride. Location is great from the trailand not far from the Marmora mine attraction. 4 people. Free table, server greeted us with a smile and got us menus. Owner was very friendly. Place was very clean and tidy. Ordered the Greek salad with chicken, taco wrap with fries and the banquet burger. All were super good. Pricing was definitely fair. Bathrooms were very clean. Will stop again.
