Great local spot for burgers and much more!
Good old fashioned homemade burgers with fresh condiments, thick cut bacon & chedder on a nicely toasted bun.
I asked for fries a little well done, perfect, with a few crispy ones.
The server was friendly and accommodating, as was the cook, who agreed to make fresh sauteed onions to top our banquet burgers.
We will try other menu items next time. The chicken wings looked great,
We are certainly planning to return soon . Recommend

Had our family christmas dinner at miners restaurant. The food was amazing. The service optimal. I would recommend this to anyone. We go out every year and this by far was the best. Thank-you so much to the owner and staff. We had a wonderful time!

Would never recommend this place. Got eggs benny x2. Eggs were over all cooked, potatoes were cold and bland. Coffee was so strong. Toast was cold with chunks of margarine. Service was poor and unwelcoming. It was also $80 for 3 breakfasts. First and last time I will ever go there.

Cute place to stop in for a bite to eat. For my wife and I, it's always for breakfast. No complaints. The memorabilia placed around the restaurant gives a nice quaint atmosphere.
Steak’s cook was inconsistent ( raw in some places). Mash potatoes were clunky had a lot of skin and did not taste good. Broccoli and cauliflower were over cooked and soggy. Carrots were also not good. Suspect that they were frozen veggies and not fresh produce.

Had the hot hamburger sandwich which was excellent but was deeply disappointed with the service. I asked the server if I could substitute onion rings for fries and she replied that I could. A minute or two after I was served, she interrupted my meal, asking me to cash out. When I apologized for not realizing they were closing so soon, she replied that they weren't. So I had my meal interrupted simply because she was leaving. To make things worse, I was charged not only full price for the sandwich as though I had fries (which I hadn't) I was charged full price for the onion rings as well despite being told I could substitute. I definitely wasn't served a $30 lunch, but that's what I payed. Won't be returning.
