Very disappointed , Tried to park my small truck just to grab a coffe , suddenly a team member came outiside pointing his knife at me asking me to leave the lot even wasn't blocking any driveway or parking , felt very bad there is not any coffe shop for next two hours .

We bought 2 Hot chocolate and both were not more than brown water. We were a long way down the road to go back but I wasn't happy. So I went through the complaints process and it is so stupid I was left hanging during the process. It is just not worth my time. They probably count on that too.

Nov. 13 at 1:35 pm Extremely rude drive thru server Asked for 2 ice Capps. At window, they only gave me one, asked for another, was told to go into store front. I said, can you not get me an ice Capp? She got it, rudely, then says , can I get you anything else? Very rudely. I asked her why she was being so rude, she said cuz I asked for two things. Like wow. What kind of customer service is this? Not sure I’ll ever return there!

Last 3 days have been in drivethru waiting at lest 10 minutes for two coffee gas is not cheap and coffee can be made at home with this unacceptable service
Cool Tim's located on busy hwy7. Local friendly staff . Parking for maybe 10+ cars.. If you are driving east on hwy7 that's the only Tim's between Peterborough and Perth as a Marmora one is under renovation. Regular Tim's menu with good coffee and teas. Mind you some items may be not available towards end of a day. Great experience overall.
