We came in early in the day to pre-order 2 Take 12s so they could be ready for a 21tpm pickup after a funeral. We arrived late, which you would think would have provided plenty of time to prep the order. Instead they scrambled to try and get it together, not even knowing how to properly assemble or fill the containers. I paid in advance to make this easier, instead met with chaos. Inexcusable

Just order 3 breakfast sandwiches .took over 30 minutes waiting for them ,the sandwiches weren't toasted literally thrown together in one big mess.. better off to go to Madoc Tim Hortons .. What a major disappointment

Did the drive thru, Arianna at the window is absolutely amazing, haven’t encountered great service in Tim Hortons, I meant any Tims, for a long time. It’s for sure is refreshing!! We were on route from Ottawa to Peterborough!
