I have a question do your employees ever clean the bathrooms cause I don't even live here and everytime I come here the bathroom is so dirty the sink looks nasty and the toilet too and they really need to fix that toilet cause it flushes by its self when you sit down and I get nasty toilet water on me I'm so grossed out of this place 🤢🤢 won't be getting coffee here

Got 2 Farmer's wraps and a side hashbrown.
Hashbrowns in both wraps, and the extra were extremely dried out, crunchy and NOT GOOD. You'd think a highly populated Tim's on highway 7 would have good food.

Worked here inbetween jobs for a couple weeks... noticed a dead fruit fly in a lemonade that almost went out, so I checked under the lid of the main lemonade cannister and there was hundreds of dead fruit flies floating in it. When I brought to managers attention, she handed me a strainer to run it through before serving it to customers in the cup. The temps are always made up, if food expires, they change the label to say next day or reset the timer on hot food. They absolutely refuse to "waste" anything... If you want to get sick, eat here. 🫠

Nice employees, quick service, clean. Unfortunately the pastries and donuts at Tim's are not baked fresh on site, that's why the low stars for food .

In store, take-out purchase. Coffee, steeped tea, bottle of water and pumpkin spice muffin. Four customers in line ahead of me. One staff working store front, four in drive-thru (no customers yo be served), one at the sandwich station, baker and a supervisor(?). No one helped the gentleman serving in store customers until over 8 people in line (very poor team work!). My order was placed on one register, but then had to be keyed into another one as the scanner didn't work. Hot drinks were made, and then we had to wait until the next 6-8 customers were served to flag down a staff member to request the rest of the order (bottle of water and a pumpkin spice muffin). By this time (12 minutes later) the pumpkin spice muffins were now sold out, and was offered a replacement flavour. When I asked for a receipt, the staff members response was "I'll try" (all staff should know how to do this), he did figure it out in the end. More training on team work is needed! Drive-thru staff could have assisted in making drinks, getting pastry items and brewing coffee and tea (between their orders) for the one staff member serving 10 plus customers. All register equipment should ne working properly, to avoid items in orders being missed. Staff should check in with customers waiting an extended period of time to if assistance is needed.

Was extremely dirty when here. From the food case to the washroom, it wasn't the standard one expects from Tim Hortons. Will not visit again.

I was actually passing through Mamora, today, on my way to the Niagara region when I stopped in to get myself and my wife a coffee, which I did, but when we got back to our car I noticed that my wife's coffee was leaking. So we threw a napkin under it and I told her I'd be back in a minute. I went in an the line was considerable, so I moved off to the side and said to the young man, "Can I get a cup. My wife's cup is leaking." He was doing something, so I waited a second for him to put down his stuff and then he came to the counter and I repeated myself. He then told me he would need to see the leaking cup before he could give me a new one. So, here I am just trying to get a replacement cup, but now the onus is upon me to prove that I'm not part of some nefarious plot to bilk Tim Horton's out of a cup by concocting a leaking cup story. I look this kid right in the eye and say, "I got coffee leaking inside a car, and you want me to prove it? You know what, just sell me a cup." He does, and I debited 12 cents on a cup because of piss poor customer service. I don't remember the young man's name, but you guys are dropping the ball with sort of nonsense.

Normally, they're really fast, but only one person was on the counter this morning. Four others were standing around servicing the empty drive-thru.
