We had such a pleasant experience at this Tim Hortons location! The team here is run by wonderful ladies who truly make the place shine. Everything was so clean, fresh, and neat. The staff were all smiles, greeting each guest warmly, which made us feel so welcomed. We were traveling with kids who were a bit noisy and restless, but the staff were incredibly kind, smiling at them and making them feel special. One of the most friendly Timmie’s I’ve ever been to. I stop here frequently driving through from Toronto to Ottawa. One host in particular has customer service down to a “t”. Greeting, eye contact and delivery of order made me feel I was in a star-rated restaurant , not a fast food place. She makes my day when I stop. Also extremely clean inside (including bathrooms). Had to come on here to give them props because this location stands out from the rest.

Hashbrowns in both wraps, and the extra were extremely dried out, crunchy and NOT GOOD. You'd think a highly populated Tim's on highway 7 would have good food.
