Reply to the reply: yes it was exactly 2 hours, when we were told 45 minutes. Pizza was room temp. Chicken wings were soggy.
We planned accordingly to the expectation set. We were held in limbo, with kids hungry, people impacted, and not even being hungry by time food arrived.
The response to this poor service was a complete lack of accountability, and bunch of excuses, as demonstrated in the reply as well. “here is a discount, so you can come back and be disappointed again”. Why would we subject ourselves to such service again? If you drink poison once, you shouldn’t try it again just because you’ve got a future credit for it.

Had delivery. Driver was fast and polite. Cheese and toppings were great. But the crust was not what I had asked for. I asked for thick crust but what I got was thinner than a Ritz cracker. This was the thinnest crust I have ever seen on a pizza. Hopefully it is not what the standard for thick crust is.

Stopped in around 1pm to fresh pepperoni slices. Grabbed a couple with a coke and it was perfect. Really enjoyed the pizza and the service was quick and friendly. I will be back

I ordered a meatball sub with jalapeno peppers. They upcgarged me $1.50 for banana peppers. When I asked the attendant said it's a $1.50 upcharge for any item even meat. I explained it didn't make sense. When I got home I realized they weren't even what I ordered. I think they should have clarified when I ordered that it would be banana peppers and there would be an upcharge. Not a customer friendly business practice in my opinion. Not the attendants fault. I'd label this as a managerial or training issue. I still tipped them. It's not an easy job.

Mike’s Pizza in Bath is the place to call if you want pizza delivered on Amherst Island. Thry take it to the boat and you have to pick it up from there but they know the deal and it’s smooth. The pizza is delicious and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommended!

Sadly after numerous chances we just can't support this local business any longer. When you spend over 60$ or so everytime and the consistency is never there, the crust tastes like nothing, and the sauce is very lack luster. On top of that witnessing what I can only assume is a business owner ( woman in her late 40's, 50's) treating a customer so poorly, raising her voice and completely belittling behavior towards them, that was the icing for us. This is a small community and we all talk.

We asked Mike’s Pizza, located in Bath, to deliver for our wedding—even though it was in another town and after their regular hours. They went above and beyond to make it happen! It was such a treat to share their amazing pizza with our family and friends on our special day. We’ve been enjoying Mike’s since we bought our place in Bath two years ago, and we still love it just as much. Highly recommend!
The handwashing and hygiene could use some attention. But the pizza is pretty good little pricy.

friendly, good quality and tasty pizza just wish they would get their 2nd oven going (if they havent already) so its not an hour for pick up and yes friday night so longer is expected and easy enough to just order earlier, but a big wait if a last minute thought, just my 2 cents worth and i will be back

It a good take out restaurant. We ordered garlic bread and cheese pizza slices. They were out of cheese slices and it will take 20 to 25 mints to make a fresh cheese pizza so we decided to get garlic bread only. Me and my husband loved that garlic bread. It was delicious. One garlic bread comes in 2 boxes so if you order one garlic bread that would be enough for 2 people
