Came here a couple times and regularly have issues with orders being messed up but lost it the last time I went. I went in, the middle of the day, for an iced latte, and they proceeded to tell me they didn't have iced coffee and only hot coffee (but you can't put milk and flavouring in that for me?). Worker waited until AFTER I asked for this AND TOOK MY CUP to tell me this. Offered to alternatives, explanations, and didn't even offer me my cup back. I just started awkwardly at him until I asked for my cup back and left. Why would you take my cup if you don't have the drink? Why are you not being helpful and offering alternatives or suggestions? Why are you randomly out of cold coffee in the middle of the freaking day? Not to mention those touch screens at the Wendy's have made the entrance so crowded. Just avoiding this Tim's from now on.

This location is disgustingly dirty. Walked in, garbage full and more garbage all over top. Dirty tables. Floor and bathroom dirty. This was later Saturday evening. When we walked in 4 employees sitting visiting and on phones. Don’t know who owner is but needs to supervise staff to clean place up. I would never eat here
Absolutely brutal every time I give them another chance. The bacon is raw every.single.time. The packaging the food comes in is soaked in grease every time. The quality is absolutely terrible. Tim Hortons Espanola is amazing. The McKerrow location is beyond disappointing every single time. Very displeased.
