Walked in and had to go to the bathroom and all toilet and the girls washroom were absolutely disgusting. Could not sit on those garbage on the kennel floors are gross.this makes me not want to eat or drink from this location this is absolutely disgusting there is no need for a Tim Hortons to look disgusting like this I can't even sit in there I am disgusted

Went to the bathroom and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The counter where I pick up my food is gross. There’s dirty straws there’s garbage laying on the counters. The floors are dirty. Customer service is overall nasty

This team of Tim Horton's didn't seem as if they were taking their job seriously, considering the way they worked, even with a long line of customers. They were just standing around, not looking very productive, meanwhile we all were trying to get our food.
I overheard a young girl trying to use a combo meal with the Tim Horton's app, but she immediately got dismissed by the worker at the cashier. A little after, with that same worker, a woman tried to use the same combo and the worker gladly complied with her. I'm not sure this is fair.
I hope this issue gets looked over, because I know many people who try to use coupons and deals because they don't have enough money...

This location is busy. The parking lot is in need of repair. The overall cleanliness of the building is lacking. The washroom had cobwebs and an inch of dust. I'm glad that I only ordered a coffee.
