Well, this is my every time stop whenever I am travelling from Elliot lake to Sudbury.Believe me maximum time the staff is rude and then don’t want to listen to you.If you are lucky you may find some nicely behaving staff as well but coffee makes me stop here and I can’t help it.On my recent visit I asked for an extra lid with my coffee and the lady who took my order was like why the hell do you need it. It was damm rude.Recently on my visit on family day long weekend ( Saturday ) I saw a staff serving the tea/coffee on a table to an old man and then asking for TIP. and not just ONCE but she asked for it 2-4 times. That was awkward for the old man and the people waiting to order but not for that staff.

My Tim Hortons experience had its ups and downs. While the food was great, the service was a bit disappointing. We had to wait a few minutes before someone attended to us, and they forgot one of our beverages. When we mentioned it, they started preparing it, causing another delay. Despite these hiccups, the overall atmosphere was peaceful, and the hygiene standards were commendable.

This is one of those combo food franchises where you have a Wendy's and Tim Hortons. Got there around 4 pm so it was starting to get the finish work crowd. So the seating areas were clean and no waste left on tables (hate people who are too lazy to dump their garbage). Thumbs up for clean and stocked washroom as that is always a good indicator of staff work ethic. Hot Wendy's first and ordered a Cobb salad and soft drink. Was informed they ran out of carbonization for drinks. Had some other choices and I even got a buck off for the inconvenience. Now that is good public relations. After that went and grabbed my large DD and my 2 cinnamon sugar twists. As John Pinette would say "yum." Coffee fresh, pastry fresh I left as a happy content customer.

The first thing I noticed is how dirty the floors were - garbage and dirt. Both bathrooms dirty and stinking.Did not even bother to tell me my coffee was up. Another customer noticed it and told me.They can’t be bothered to put a sleeve in the coffee.Clerk was sneezing into his hand.Poor service

At first glance this place looks like a new renovated tim's and then you look down and you see all the garbage on the floor, I made the mistake to take my daughter to the washroom, it was so discusting, paper all over the floor the garbage was full all the stalls stunk so bad and equally dirty so I decided to take her to the handicap one which was a little better not by much, the garbage was full of dirty diapers so you can imagine the smell, the sink was filthy it looked like it haven't been washed in weeks. I understand it's the holiday season but we were the only ones in there with one other lady.
I have never seen such a disgusting bathroom. At least 2 of the 4 stalls had zero toilet paper. All the tampon disposals were overflowing, 3rd stall had a used pad on the back of te toilet. Garbage was also overflowing with garbage on the floor Not sure what was going on tonight, I've gone and used their bathroom many times and it has never been like that. Quite disappointing.
