Waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes after ordering. The person in front of us left after 20 minutes. We gave it another 10 minutes and it had only moved up one car so we left too. I guess fast food isn't fast anymore.

This location was absolutely disgustingly dirty , not only the restrooms but the restaurant as well. I have frequented this location for years but never seen it this filthy , it made my skin crawl .. there is no excuse for this filth and neglect

Very slow service and lack of positive customer interaction. Only real stop between Sudbury and Blind River. Will avoid in the future wherever possible and stick to the neighbouring Tim Hortons

This was the end of our day, we were starving & only opted for Wendy's because Tim Horton's had too many people in the restaurant line & I recalled Wendy's had been good from the past. Ordered 2 burgers, fries. diet coke & ginger ale. The burgers were disappointingly small, as were the portions of fries. However, we were hungry so we ate them. My friend mentioned his ginger ale did not taste like ginger ale, same for my coke. Then we saw an employee 'refill' the drinks with cartridges - so not real pop at all. A complete waste of my $26.72, anything from Tim Horton's would've been better, same for their fast food burger competition in nearby Espanola. No, we will never go there again!

Used to love going here but will not be returning.
Not even sure where to begin. Very Long wait for 2 single combos. Don’t put my fries in a bag and hold the bag and talk and play with your buddies while burgers are still cooking. That’s my food! Had to wait for burgers to be cooked, turned out burnt. Burgers not prepared with condiments requested. Fries bagged and cold.

I am absolutely dumbfounded how a Wendy’s location in the middle of nowhere can be in such deplorable conditions. Nothing was clean, every table had garbage on it, the floors were littered with food and garbage. The garbage can was over flowing, the communal area where you get your cup lids and condiments was filthy and stuff strewn everywhere. The bathroom has definitely not been cleaned anywhere for some time. Dirt on the walls, the handles, the sinks. The staff at the counter were only concerned with playing loud music in the “kitchen” and sharing things on their phones with each other. Normally I don’t send complaints but there was absolutely no reason for this, the location seemed very well staffed.

The manager Holly (blue shirt working at noon on Wednesday June 4th) is overtly racist to the new Canadian employees, I’ve seen it a few times. Today she yelled things loud enough for the whole lobby to hear, not to mention the way every other employee speaks to the new Canadians. I’m getting to the point that I walk into the restaurant with my shoulders up. Somebody needs to fix the culture in this place.

Pop dispenser is not right, all taste like crap. The mix is not right I think they throttled the mix back $$ not sure if the pop company's would be happy, it there reputation, also Wendy's 😉.
