I have been coming to this Wendy’s for the past 4 years approx 20-30 times per year on our way to the island in the spring/fall. I have never had a bad experience. This has to be the best Wendy’s in Canada for quality and freshness of food. I have never had cold or soft fries. 10/10 bucket list this Wendy’s, for real.

Waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes after ordering. The person in front of us left after 20 minutes. We gave it another 10 minutes and it had only moved up one car so we left too. I guess fast food isn't fast anymore.

This location was absolutely disgustingly dirty , not only the restrooms but the restaurant as well. I have frequented this location for years but never seen it this filthy , it made my skin crawl .. there is no excuse for this filth and neglect

Very slow service and lack of positive customer interaction. Only real stop between Sudbury and Blind River. Will avoid in the future wherever possible and stick to the neighbouring Tim Hortons
This was the end of our day, we were starving & only opted for Wendy's because Tim Horton's had too many people in the restaurant line & I recalled Wendy's had been good from the past. Ordered 2 burgers, fries. diet coke & ginger ale. The burgers were disappointingly small, as were the portions of fries. However, we were hungry so we ate them. My friend mentioned his ginger ale did not taste like ginger ale, same for my coke. Then we saw an employee 'refill' the drinks with cartridges - so not real pop at all. A complete waste of my $26.72, anything from Tim Horton's would've been better, same for their fast food burger competition in nearby Espanola. No, we will never go there again!
