Wait time is ridiculous all the time...30 minutes in the drive thru is just unacceptable. Observed people walking in getting served faster. 730pm on a Thursday. Be better

What a joke, not even 2:00 and out of chili? And this has happened often,I have work there almost 15 years ago things sure have gone 👎 bad.

I had to stop here several times over the past week due to travel. I have never seen a chain restaurant so filthy dirty . I doesn't look like floors have been swept in days and not scrubbed clean in weeks or even months. There is a layer of dust on the back of toilets and dirty prints all over the windows and doors. I hated to touch anything. These chair restaurants should be checking on these establishments as they are giving the Tim Hortins and Wendy's very bad names. Food and drinks k were as expected.

The fries we cold and stale the burgers were cold and soggy...the service sucked they were rude and did not care about the verbal complaints. I used to make this my go to place but last 3 times has been the same. Hoped it was just a bad day for them but not 2 days in a row... sad spend 50 bucks you expect at least have decent warm food...

Omg this place us so mis managed I waited 15 mins to place an order i wasnt ecen aknowledged....teenager working yelling at I guess a friend you owe me a lighter over and over again not to mention 2 teens go behind the counter not in uniform..one us telling me we gave system issues which I understand but it not until a customer asked if they took my order ....then the one that is not even working goes to get I guess a manager that asked me if I had a problem wasn't even listening to what I had to say very rudely told me she wasn't seeing me and the girl thar went and got her was standing there laughing....to the owner of Wendy's you need more mature staff they will ruin you and that manager not good for business... i. A restaurant owner and I would fire all of them look at your reviews not good what a shame

I recently went there before heading to Elliott lake and was nor impressed with the manager that served me in drive thru. I asked for chicken strip meal with plum sauce and sour cream. I always check my bag before leaving the window to ensure everything there and was missing the plum sauce. So I waited till someone came back to the window, instead of the manager asking me politely if I needed anything else she says, (um excuse me can you move cause the guy behind you would like his order) very rudely says this and as I was just about to say I'm missing the plum sauce she says ( I gave you the plum sauce!! I said um nope you didn't and dumped it upside-down on my lap to show her it's not there because I took everything out of the bag to look for it. Then she got it for me and no apology. I was telling my friend about her as she lives out that way and described what she looked like, a little older long brown hair ect found out she is the manager and quite often rude like this. Not good for business she needs training on customer service or find a new job. She clearly isn't happy.

I’m assuming the manager that was training someone on the Wendy’s side at 8:37pm on August 3 was absolutely rude and condescending towards many customers. I was going to get a meal but after hearing how she speaks to her co-workers so rudely and loud it makes it such an uncomfortable stay. The person who was ordering forgot to add an item and tried to correct his mistake and she completely lost it on him saying things like “if you got your order right the first time I wouldn’t have to do it the second time” then completely started uttering thee most condescending stuff ever, caused a huge scene in front of everyone. People like that should never work customer service.
