I entered and was sat fairly quickly. Then waited for 10 minutes. I was about to leave. Finally my table was cleared and my order was taken. I had bacon and eggs. The eggs were great the bacon paper thin. I don’t understand why places insist on using bacon that is so thin. Raise the price and get some decent bacon! Never approach for coffee beyond the first cup. I would bypass this place if you’re looking for a decent breakfast. Hopefully they get some better bacon.

Its cute inside and the waitress was very nice and clearly overwhelmed as the only waitress working with a pretty full restaurant.
This place gets a 1 star because my main part of the meal, the eggs, were horrible. I had two poached eggs and after the first bite I immediately tasted something wrong. It tasted sour almost, and there was so much water still in the little plate. I told my husband something tasted off but I ate one and started the second before he took a bite just of the whites on his sunny side up eggs and he said they were terrible. He said they tasted like they were soaked in margarine and somewhat vinegary taste. Not sure what happened to them but he couldn't even eat more than that one bite of the white and I didnt eat more of mine. Maybe it was a rare case but we would not come back.

Stopped here while traveling through Meaford. Pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and very clean. We were greeted and seated right away. We ordered breakfast and coffee. Food was really good and only took about 15mins to get to us. It became a bit busy but the service didn't lack. We were able to promptly get a refill for our coffee and our bill. Prices are comparable to other small dinners and breakfast spots. We paid $37.00 for 2 people. Overall great experience and would go back if we ever travel through again. Thank you.

The wait staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. My Mom and I had lunch at Breakfast Central on Saturday. I had the avocado toast and my Mom had the breakfast special. The food was great, service was quick & friendly and the price was incredibly reasonable. Would highly recommend this breakfast/lunch spot in Meaford!

-Ten minutes to for anyone to come out of the kitchen to acknowledge your presence.
-Ten more minutes for coffees to arrive,
-Fifteen more minutes to get your order placed
-Forty more minutes for the food to get to you.
In an eighty percent empty dining area, it's far too long to wait. We were one of two tables of three people. Our food took forty minutes to arrive and the owner's excuse was there were three orders ahead of us. Seriously???? If you come for breakfast I would suggest going in right at opening time placing your order and it will be nearly lunchtime by the time your breakfast arrives.
