Great curry . Would recommend.

We discovered this little place quite by accident while visiting Meaford looking for lunch. Decided to give it a try and we were impressed. Got a sunny spot on their deck facing the river. Tried the Dahi Poori appetizer (delightful) and shared an order of Chicken Korma (excellent, served with basmati rice) which was plenty for two. Plus butter naan which was heavenly and made from scratch. Hari the chef came out to check on us and we complimented him on his creations. A very enjoyable lunch and we will be back for sure!

It was a Thursday, dinner time; and we thought we would support a local restaurant. We ordered takeout. We were not pleased with the presentation of the food, nor the quantity and quality of it. We are not picky people, just expect that there are certain expectations if you are selling food. If I could give it no stars I would. Very disappointing.

We have been coming to a Meaford Social for many years. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The view of the harbour and the bay is very pretty, a perfect setting to enjoy a dinner with family and friends!

Was not impressed at all. This restaurant is on a super nice location but the service was slow as they are soo understaffed. Only 1 server for full restaurant and no Host. Also I ordered their Nachos which not at all what I expected plus the server thought I ordered a beer but I never did. Had high expectations going but was disappointed :(

Nice location. Nice patio. Great views. Unfortunately I waited 30 minutes and my order didn’t come. When I went to ask, another table got up and was coming to ask the same… they were there before me and also weren’t yet served. I walked out. NOTE: as you can see from my pictures, there were only 4 tables occupied on the patio. The place was otherwise empty.

This was our first time eating at this establishment. The atmosphere was lovely sitting outside with the river and marina as a backdrop. The server was so friendly and answered all my questions. Having not bad many of the dishes on the menu she took the time to explain the dishes and over great suggestions. Everything she recommended we loved. The food was fantastic, the prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were great. The only thing I can comment on that needed attention was the washrooms. There was no toilet paper in the stalls, the garbage was overflowing and the bathroom needed cleaned.

The food and service was amazing! The butter chicken burrito was the best burrito we’ve had.

Worst food ever I had in my life. Please do not trust on review. And It's too costly. I can not give even one star.

We recently visited Meaford Indian restaurant called Social for the first time and the we are not disappointed. The food are inhouse made. I love the eggplant dish along with their super tasty-smokey Naan bread which is also made traditionally fresh.
We look forward to dine there again with our whole family.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu should add more healthy choices that are Indian tradition food to experience fully its cuisine.

Very good value for money. A bit of a wait and a few flies but good restaurant and super friendly staff
