Great customer service, and very polite, All in all great!!
I didn't get what I ordered. I called and let them know they made a mistake on my order. I was told the manager would call me the next day between 10-11am. My order was on October 15, 2020, and I was supposed to get my call on October 16, 2020. Today is October 23, 2020. I have not received that phone call yet.
I will not recommend New Orleans Meaford to anyone, especially if they get their order wrong. It won't get fixed.
